电力远程监测管理系统及虚拟仪器在其中的应用

【摘要】 电力远程监测管理是实现电力系统自动化的关键。本文概要介绍了电力远程监测技术的现状,指出了现有电力远程监测系统存在的问题,提出并研制了一种新型的电力远程监测管理系统,并在系统中利用虚拟仪器处理测量结果。由于主站软件采用了虚拟仪器技术,该系统可以快速、方便、直观、准确地掌握用户的用电情况,提高电力远程监测管理的自动化和现代化水平。 本文介绍了电力远程监测管理系统的构成与工作原理,重点论述了电力远程监测结果的虚拟现实处理方法。全文共分为5章: 第1章为绪论,主要论述了电力远程监测技术的研究现状、虚拟仪器的发展和虚拟仪器的特点,指出电力远程监测管理系统项目研究的重要性。 第2章系统地阐述了电力远程监测管理系统的构成,介绍了系统上行信道、下行信道的工作原理,论述了主站软件的模块化设计思想、简要介绍了系统的主要功能。 第3章对虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW作了概述性的介绍,论述了虚拟仪器系统的设计方法和步骤。 第4章重点论述了电力远程监测管理系统测量结果的虚拟化处理方法:测量数据的虚拟化显示和参数曲线的虚拟化显示,探讨并总结了虚拟仪器系统设计的几个关键问题。 第5章介绍了本文研究成果的实际应用情况,总结了系统研究的不足之处,探讨了电力远程监测管理系统的发展方向,以及虚拟仪器技术的发展前景。
【Abstract】 The management of electric power remote monitoring is the key technology to realize electric power automatization. This paper summarily introduces the current situation of electric power remote monitoring techniques, indicates the problems that exists in present monitoring system, puts forward and develops a newfashioned electric power remote monitoring system. This system utilizes virtual instrument (VI) to deal with the results of measuring data derived in the course of system monitoring. By the use of VI technology, the system can master user’s information promptly, conveniently, accurately and immediately, it can remarkably improve the application level of automatization and modernization in electric power remote monitoring management, too.This paper introduces the elements and the working principle of the electric power remote monitoring management system. The whole paper is consists of five chapters:Chapter 1 is the foreword, which discusses the current situation of electric power remote monitoring technologies, presents the development and characteristics of VI. At the same time, this chapter indicates the importance of researching this system.Chapter 2 systemically demonstrates the parts of the system described in this paper, introduces the working principles of system’s top and bottom communication channels, discusses the modularization design method in the master station software development. In the end of this chapter, the main function of the system is briefly introduced.Chapter 3 summarily introduces Lab VIEW, which is the software flat of VI. This chapter discusses the methods and the approaches in designing the virtual instruments systems.Chapter 4 stresses two virtual display methods of this system: the method of system measuring data display, and the method of curve data display. This chapter discusses and summaries the key questions in designing VI systems, too.Chapter 5 introduces the actually operating results of this system, summaries the deficiencies of this paper in the system research work, and discusses the prospects of the electric power remote monitoring management system and the prospects of VI technology.
