绿色住宅研究

【摘要】 生态环境对于人类社会得生存和发展具有极其重要的意义,以生态建筑学的理论和方法研究住宅设计问题是21世纪住宅发展的新趋势。因此本文在系统的归纳和总结绿色住宅的基本理论和分析大量设计实例的基础上,针对炎热地区气候特点,对中国南方地区绿色住宅的研究作了有益的探讨。 本文从生态学的基本概念和理论入手,探讨生态平衡的基本条件和特性,并将住宅及其外部环境——城市生态系统作为一个整体,用系统的方法来研究,分析了两者的相互关系。还深入分析了绿色住宅的三个基本特征:①低消耗性、②循环再生性、③环境适应性。并针对南方炎热地区的气候特点,对适合住宅的绿色建筑技术进行了深入的讨论。 在以上研究的基础上,本文试图提出一个绿色住宅的评价方法,归纳出一个绿色住宅设计的评价因素体系,并尝试引入系统学理论中的层次分析法,求出每个因数的权重,使得研究方法从定性分析迈入定量分析。
【Abstract】 Ecological environment has significant meaning to the survival and development of humans. Studying the design of dwellings by means of theories and methods of ecological architecture is a new trend in the 21’st century dwellings’ development. The significant research of green dwellings in southern China has been made by summarizing basic theories, analyzing a lot of examples and characters of hot weather in this paper.The paper finds out the basic factors and specific properties of ecological balance in view of the elementary concepts and theories of ecology. The study is carried out with the systematic methods that regard the dwellings and their exterior environment-ecological system of city as a whole. Their relations and contradictions areanalyzed. The paper also illustrates the green dwelling’s three features:low consumption recycling and reproduction adaptation and symbiosis. Through analyzing the characters of hot weather in southern China, The study disscuses the green architectual technologies which are fit to dwellings.On the basis of the discussion of above, the paper tries out to forward an evaluation system of green dwellings and in the evaluation system by introducing analytical hierarchy process in systematology, the study gets each factor’s weigh As a result, the research is taken a big step from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
