TVC压缩蒸馏海水淡化技术研究

【摘要】 本文主要开展TVC压缩蒸馏海水淡化技术研究,建立了TVC压缩喷淋降膜蒸馏海水淡化装置的设计模型,对降膜蒸发过程的传热系数进行了详细的分析,并对工作蒸汽参数变化对装置运行的影响进行了分析计算。以AutoCAD为平台,设计了TVC压缩喷淋降膜蒸馏海水淡化多功能实验台,绘出全部所有的工程图纸。参与了实验装置的加工制造,该装置现已建成,利用该实验台可以进行喷淋降膜、降膜蒸发传热和蒸汽喷射器等多种项目的试验研究。设计中考虑了将TVC压缩蒸馏海水淡化实验台改建成小型MVC机械压缩蒸馏海水淡化装置的要求,实验装置的结构兼顾了MVC装置的结构要求。使之能在条件允许时,配备离心式压缩机,将本项目建设的TVC压缩蒸馏实验台改建成MVC机械压缩蒸馏海水淡化装置——国际公认的先进海水淡化技术,以期作为一个产品推出。

【Abstract】 The research of the evaporation technique of the seawater desalination with thermal vapor compression (TVC) was focused on in the paper. The design model of seawater desalination with the TVC falling-film evaporation process was deduced. The transfer coefficient of falling-film evaporation process was analyzed in detail. And the effect of the parameter change of process steam to the operation of the device was calculated and discussed.Multi-function experiment device of the seawater desalination with the TVC spraying falling-film evaporation process was designed by means of AutoCAD. Now, the device has been manufactured. Many testing can be studied by this device, such as spraying falling-film、falling-film evaporation and performance of steam ejector.It was taken into account that the experiment device can also be rebuilt as little scale device with the mechanical vapor compression (MVC) evaporation, And the frame require of the MVC device was given attention to in the design of the experiment device. In an appropriate time, this experiment device will be equipped with centrifugal compressor and be rebuilt as the MVC product that is the advanced technology of seawater desalination in the world.
