UASB+AF复合厌氧工艺强化一级处理低浓度生活污水的试验研究

【摘要】 本课题针对我国南方城市污水浓度普遍偏低,大多数二级污水处理厂不能按设计水质运行,从而造成运行管理不便和资源浪费的现状,提出“升流式厌氧污泥床——厌氧生物滤池复合厌氧强化一级处理工艺(UASB+AF)”,对低浓度生活污水进行强化一级处理试验研究。试验表明,在常温下,当水力停留时间为4h时,系统对低浓度生活污水处理效果良好,对CODcr、BOD5、SS的去除率分别为59.83~72.77%、66.06~77.43%、82.53~87.03%,其中出水CODcr和BOD5可达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)二级标准,出水SS可达到一级排放标准。其处理效果和出水水质明显优于普通初沉池一级处理。 此外,试验还对UASB+AF复合厌氧工艺的启动性能、稳定运行特性、抗冲击负荷性能、在持续低温下运行的处理效果以及二次启动性能进行了系统研究。试验表明,UASB+AF复合厌氧工艺启动快,运行稳定,对有机物的去除效果较好,抗冲击负荷能力强,产泥量小,能在10℃以下的低温环境中长期运行,并保持40%左右的处理率。在中断运行一段时间后,能够快速恢复处理能力。 与常规二级处理工艺相比,UASB+AF复合厌氧工艺投资少、运行费用低、管理方便,是一种高效、实用的污水处理工艺。用它代替初沉池进行强化一级处理,不仅可以节省投资和运行费用,还可大大提高出水水质,对南方城市污水处理厂的工艺改造和普及污水处理具有现实意义。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the fact that the concentration of the inlet wastewater of the wastewater treatment plants in South China is much lower than the expected level in design stage, which makes the operation and management of the wastewater treatment plants difficult, and leads to vast waste of funds and energy, this paper presents an enhanced primary treatment method of the combination of Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket and Anaerobic Filter(UASB+AF). Some experiments on the low concentration domestic sewage with UASB+AF are carried out. The results indicated that under the normal temperature, when the hydraulic retention time(HRT) is 4h, the removal efficiencies of CODcr BOD5 and suspended solids are found to be 59.83-72.779 66.06-77.43% 82.53-87.03%. The removal efficiencies are all higher than common primary treatment.The results also indicated that the UASB+AF can start quickly, working steadily, and have good removal effect of organic matter. UASB+AF has excellent ability of bearing high impact loads, also can UASB+AF work at temperatures below 10, and keep the removal rate of 40% under this temperature.Comparing with the secondary treatment process, the costs of construction and operation of UASB+AF process is much lower, and the removal effect of it is better than primary settling tank. Enhanced primary treatment with UASB+AF has reailty significance on the process alteration of wastewater treatment plants in South China and on the popularity of wastewater treatment.
