光纤温度位移测量的理论与实验的研究

【摘要】 光纤传感技术是近年来测量领域的热点之一,本文研究的课题属于光纤测量领域。由于测量环境的限制,测量参数的准确性成为当今生产急需解决的问题。本课题研究的光纤温度位移测量系统能在恶劣的环境下,同时实时监测涡轮机轴温及其轴向位移两路信号,保证其正常工作,并在发生异常情况时,能立刻报警。 光纤温度位移测量系统包括温度测量和位移测量两大部分。涡轮机的工作环境恶劣,为克服环境给测量带来的困难,采用非接触式测量方法对涡轮机轴的温度和涡轮机轴的轴向位移进行测量,采用精确的电路监控温度和位移的变化,若温度和位移超出其正常工作范围,立刻发出警报,停止其工作以进行及时的修理。 在温度测量中,采用光纤单色辐射式温度测量方法,建立数学模型,实时监控温度的变化;在位移测量中采用光纤反射式位移测量方法,为消除光源受外界干扰给系统测量带来的影响,系统设计了参考通道,以此保证测量的可靠性和高精度,实时监控位移的变化。 上述测量得到的两路的信号是通过单片机AT89C55对其数据进行分析、处理。单片机系统完成的识别和比值处理、各参数的计算及显示功能,保证系统的测量分辨率、测量精度、高稳定性等技术指标。 光纤温度位移测量系统的实验,包括温度测量和位移测量两部分的实验,给出了实验过程及其标定的模型和结果,并对其进行了理论分析。
【Abstract】 In recent years, measurement technique of optical fiber is one of the hot questions in the measurement field which this researching task belongs to Due to the limitation of measurement environment, the accuracy of measuringparameters has become a problem urgent to solve in the production nowadays. The paper researches a kind of system measuring the temperature and displacement of the optical fiber that can monitor and control simultaneously the temperature and displacement of the blades two-way signals of the turbine, and alert when the emergencies happen.The measurement system of optical fiber temperature and displacement includes the measurement of temperature and displacement. Because of the badly working environment of the turbine, this paper adopts the non-tangent measurement method. By it, the temperature and axial displacement on axes around the blades of the turbine can be measured. The advanced circuits monitor their change. If the temperature and displacement go beyond the normal range, the alert will be sent out, and they can be stopped and repaired’ at that time.In the temperature measurement, using a means of the optical fiber homochromous radiation temperature measurement, the mathematical model is created, and the temperature is monitored in real time. In the displacement measurement, the reflex mode method of displacement measurement of optical fiber is adopted. In order to eliminate the unstability of measurement system created by the illuminant receiving outside disturbance, the system designs referenced channel to assure the reliability of measurement and monitor the change of displacement in rea time.The two-way signals as mentioned are analyzed, disposed and outputted by the AT89C55. The function, which the AT89C55 system can complete identifying and ratio disposal, as well as the computing and showing of the parameter, can ensure the performance of the measuring system, such as the measurement resolving power, precision and stability and so on.The experiments on optical fiber temperature and displacement measurement system include the measuring experiments of temperature and displacement. The paper presents the results of the experiments and the pointed model and results, and analyzes them in theory.
