微机动态轨道衡监测系统

【摘要】 本文设计了一种基于转向架计量的“一机两秤”微机动态轨道衡监测系统,它是应平朔煤炭工业公司安太堡露天矿的实际应用要求而开发设计的。主要论述了高精度数据采集系统的设计,载货列车的自动识别、动态数据的处理、以及整个软件系统的实现,采用了全新的全面模拟判别方法实现了对列车的自动称重、显示、打印等功能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a monitoring system of "one computer two weighbridge" Computer-based Dynamic Weighbridge based on turning-frame measure is designed. It is played out to meet the demand of Antaibao strip mine of Pingshuo Company of coal industry. This paper introduces the design of high-precision data acquisition, the automatic distinguish of cargo train, the calculation of dynamic data and the design of the whole software. This system adopted a new technique of full-scale simulative distinguish and can weigh train automatically, display the weight data, print the weight data, etc.
