稀土元素La、Ce在纯铜中的作用机理及对其性能的影响

【摘要】 在纯铜中加入纯稀土元素La、Ce,研究稀土元素在纯铜中的作用机理、吸收率的影响因素以及稀土元素对铸态组织、导电性、力学性能的影响。研究发现,加入方法、加入量、加入的颗粒大小、加热温度和保温时间等因素均对吸收率有影响,而颗粒大小对吸收率影响最大。随着加入量的增加,稀土元素的分布也有变化,当加入量少于0.2wt.%时,基体中没有发现稀土;超过0.2wt.%时,稀土在晶粒、晶界上均有分布,并且有向晶界分布的趋势;稀土以稀土化合物为基形成固溶体的形式在晶界上分布。稀土加入量在0.02wt.%及0.512wt.%时,导电性较好,强度高。
【Abstract】 Pure rare earth elements, lanthanum and cerium, are added to pure copper, then the inner mechanism and influence of rare earth addition on its absorptivity in copper casting microstructure specific resistance and mechanical properties are studied in this paper. The results show that the adding methods adding quantity, the sizes of adding particles heating temperature and heat preservation time have effects on the absorptivity, but the sizes of adding particles is the most important factor. With the adding quantity increasing, the distributions of rare earth are changed. Rare earth is not found on the matrix when the adding is less than 0.2wt.%; the distribution of rare earth on grains and grain interfaces are found when the adding is more than 0.2wt.%; With the adding increasing, rare earth is inclined to distribute on grain interfaces in the form of rare earth compound-based solution. The better properties of electrical conduction and higher strength are obtained when the adding quantities is 0.02wt.% and0.512wt%.
