化湿方对糖尿病大鼠肾损害及脂质过氧化干预作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的: 观察化湿方对糖尿病大鼠、早期糖尿病肾病及脂质过氧化的影响。方法: 以STZ诱导的雄性Wistar大鼠血糖值稳定≥13.9mmol/L,列入模型组。设正常对照组、化湿方治疗组、氨基胍对照组和糖尿病非治疗组。分别处理12周后,取肾组织及血样分别测定肾功能指标和SOD、MDA含量。以x±s作为计量方法,做t检验。结果: 化湿方组与糖尿病(DM)组相比,具降低尿中微量白蛋白含量(p〈0.05),降低血糖(P〈0.01),提高肾组织中SOD活性(p〈0.05),降低MDA含量(p〈0.05)的作用。血中肌酐指标,与DM对照组相比无显著差异(P〉0.05)。光镜下观察治疗组系膜区增宽幅度小于模型组。结论: 化湿方对DM大鼠的早期肾脏病变具有一定的防治作用,对于脂质过氧化作用也有干预趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic action of dissipating hygrosis prescription on early diabetic nephropathy(DN) and the controlling effect of that on lipid peroxidation.Methods: Made the STZ-induced male Wistar rats, in which the stable FBG^ 13.9mmol/L, in the model group. Four groups were made: the control group, the group treated by dissipating hygrosis prescription the AG-treated group and no treatead DM group. After 12weeks of different treatments, the renal tissues and blood samples were ready to determine the renal functional target and the level of SOD and MDA. x + s was choosed as the calculating means, then analyzed by t-test.Results: Contrast to the DM group, the group treated by dissipating hygrosis prescription has the following effects: Decreasing the excretion of urine microalbumin (P<0.05) and the blood glucose level (P<0.01), increasing the activity of SOD in renal tissue (P<0.05) and decreasing the level of MDA (P<0.05). There’s no significance difference on creatinine between the two groups (P>0.05). Observing under the light microscope, the widening range in mesentery region of the dissipating hygrosis prescription treated group lower than that of the model group.Conclusion: The dissipating hygrosis prescription has a favorable effect on early DN in STZ induced diabetic rats and interfering tendency on the lipid peroxidation.
