基于RCM理论的轧机电气设备故障诊断专家系统

【摘要】 大工业生产牵一发而动全身,如何降低设备故障率,使设备安全、稳定、长周期地运行是每个企业迫切需要解决的问题。过去采用的传统故障诊断方法越来越不适应现代设备诊断的需要了,而专家系统作为一个较为成熟的理论,由于其能产生巨大的效益,已经被越来越多地应用在设备故障诊断上了。 与故障诊断相对应,人们也越来越注重设备的维修了,诊断的目的就是为了维修。以可靠性为中心的维修,即RCM理论,是近年来人们提出的一种新的设备维修管理模式,与普通的维修方式相比,RCM更加注重维修后果。 本文首先介绍以可靠性为中心的维修(即RCM理论)和专家系统基本理论,认为将专家系统基本理论与RCM理论结合起来,可构造出极为有效且实用的电气设备故障诊断专家系统。这类系统能在最短的时间内运用逻辑推理和专家经验对设备进行故障诊断,在指出症结的同时,给出有效的处理意见。 在系统的具体实现过程中,把整个系统划分为设备管理、在线监测、故障诊断和预防维修四个子系统。在设备管理子系统中根据RCM理论,对唐山钢铁公司高速线材的所有电气设备进行全面而细致的RCM分析,建立起设备的设备卡片表和信息工作单;在线监测系统对设备运行状态进行实时监测;故障诊断专家系统根据设备卡片表和信息工作单以及在线监测系统实时传送的设备状态信息,建立设备的故障模型,根据故障模型,通过机械学习和例子学习建立起故障诊断知识库,采用故障树分析法和正向推理机制,对设备进行故障实时诊断;预防性维修子系统可以根据RCM理论生成设备逻辑决断分析单,居此决定对设备实施何种预防性维修,并根据设备P-F间隔确定设备的维护周期,自动生成点检计划、小修、中修和大修计划。这样在故障发生前就对设备采取一定的预防性维修策略,从而从根本上避免了故障的发生,真正做到防患于未然。
【Abstract】 In modern industry, the whole production process is continuous, how to reduce the fault frequency, making all the equipment to run safely, smoothly after a long time is imperative question for every corporation. Past, people take accustomed measure to diagnose fault, which is no more fit, and expert system is a ripe theory, because it can cause great efficiency, it is used on fault-diagnosis.According with fault-diagnosis, people pay more and more attention to maintenance of equipment, the aim of diagnosis is to maintenance. Reliability-centered maintenance is a new means to maintain equipment, it pay more attention on the result of maintenance of equipment.Firstly, this paper introduces RCM theory and expert system, combine the expert system theory and RCM theory, and construct an applied and valid electric equipment fault-diagnosis expert system. Using logic reasoning , the system can give fault conclusion and disposal advice in a few minutes.During the realization of the ES, the whole system is divided into four system: Equipment Management System, On-line supervision system, Fault-diagnoses System, Preventive Maintenance System. Equipment Management System establish device card table and device information sheet for every device; On-line supervision system supervise the station of every device realtimely. According to device card table, device information sheet and device’s station, fault model of every device is established, and by mechanical study and example study, the fault-diagnosis repository is established, using fault-tree analysis way and forward reasoning, fault-diagnoses System can real-time diagnose the fault of the device. Preventive Maintenance System can establish RCM logic analysis resolution card for every device, according to this card, the system can decide making what kind of prevention work to the device. And the system can calculate the P-F cycle of every device ,so the system can give all kinds of maintenance schedule automatically, which will avoid fault occur rootly.
