【摘要】 关于技术创新体系的研究，人们通常是从宏观的角度宋研究如何建立一个国家技术创新体系；或站在企业的角度，研究如何改善企业的外部环境以有利于企业创新。尽管人们普遍认识到企业应该是一个国家技术创新的主体，技术创新最终要由企业来完成，但对于企业技术创新体系如何建立和如何运行还缺乏研究。本文在综合国内外学者对企业技术创新研究成果的基础上，站在企业的角度，提出了企业技术创新体系，在这个体系中，包含了企业技术创新动力机制模型、激励机制模型、约束机制模型、支撑机制模型、创新方法等几个部分及这几个部分的作用关系。并结合唐山钢铁集团公司的技术创新体系的建立的实例，从理论与实践两个方面详细探讨了以企业为基点的技术创新体系建立的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 About the research of technology innovation, it is often thought about macroscopically. But the main body of innovation is enterprise, so it is important to building the system of technology innovation on the basis of enterprise. In this article, the model of enterprise technology innovation system was introduced on the basis of thinking the research of the enterprise technology innovation by scholars. In the model, there are model of motive mechanism, model of incentive mechanism, model of constraining mechanism, model of supporting mechanism and method of innovation. This article discussed the building method of enterprise technology innovation system from theory and practice by combining the building of the system of enterprise technology innovation of Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co.
