【摘要】 信息技术的飞速发展及其向社会生活各个层面的不断渗透已经成为当今社会发展的主题。然而技术的发展永远只是手段而不是目的，研究利用先进的信息技术适应社会生产所面临的实际情况，探索信息时代的生产组织模式是摆在人们面前亟待解决的问题。作为实现敏捷性的生产组织模式，虚拟企业因其鲜明的时代特征和极大的适应性从其概念产生之初就吸引了众多专家学者的注意力。本文将从技术与管理相结合的角度出发，探索虚拟组织的理念在管理咨询企业中的具体应用，和基于集成化网络信息系统的虚拟咨询组织运作方式。 在全面地分析虚拟企业的概念及相关研究成果的基础上，结合管理咨询企业的实际，提出面向咨询业的虚拟组织的概念，进而提出基于网络信息技术的虚拟管理咨询组织业务流程。 从开放的运作平台和基于语义的知识服务两方面全面地分析了理论界和实业界中适应虚拟管理咨询组织的运作需求的信息集成技术的研究现状，分析其在虚拟组织中的应用前景。 从系统角度提出一种实现上述信息技术集成的虚拟咨询组织Web-IS框架，对系统的实现方式作了一定程度的分析。 针对开发基于Web的信息系统的特殊情况，提出一套Web-IS的工程化开发方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development and continual penetration of information technologies had already become the theme of our society. Since it is true that the development of technology is just mean but not purpose, researches on how to apply available technologies to meet the needs of modern social production and pursuit of production patterns of information age are urgent topics to most people. As a production pattern to fulfill agile manufacture, virtual enterprise becomes research focus of many experts for its character of modern times and great flexibility. With an overall consideration of technology and management, this paper aims at promoting the application of virtual organization spirit in consulting enterprises and developing virtual consulting organization operation mode based on internet-oriented integrated information system.After an overall analysis on virtual enterprise and its related research fruit, with the consideration of difficulties encountered by consulting enterprises, we present the conception model of virtual consulting organization and bring forward business process of virtual consulting organization based on web-oriented information technologies.From the point of both open operation platform and semantical knowledge services, we give a roundly summary on theoretical and practical researches of information technologies meeting the need of virtual consulting organization, and analyze the application prospect of it.Also, we bring forward a virtual consulting organization Web-IS architecture to integrate above technologies from the point of system engineering and made some certain analysis of its realization.With a full consideration of difficulties in developing Web-based information systems, we present a set of systematic Web-IS developing method.更多还原
