金相试样切割机的机械设计与控制系统的研究

【摘要】 金相试样切割机主要用于金相试样的截取,也可用于金属棒料的下料、切口等,在机械、冶金、汽车、航天航空等制造行业应用极为广泛。随着我国科学技术的发展和WTO的成功加入,金相技术也将随着工业的发展而发展,金相试样切割机作为一种金相制样设备面临着更大的机遇和挑战,实现制样的高质量和高自动化已成为其发展的必然方向。 本文针对我国国情,研究了金相试样切割的技术理论,找出金相试样切割机发展面临的技术难题和技术关键,依据机电一体化的设计思想,对切割机的整体造型、机械结构和控制系统进行了分析设计,使切割机系统资源合理匹配,机与电在更高层次上得到了有机融合。机械设计主要完成对新机型主体部件和新型结构的理论探讨和设计计算,利用CAD技术进行自动绘图和参数优化,提高了系统机械部件的设计精度和效率;控制系统的核心采用单片机技术,控制简单,操作安全,实现了设计的低成本和高自动化。 本文设计的自动金相试样切割机采用砂轮切割方法,选择了一种较合理的切割形式,最大限度的提高了切割机横向和纵向切割能力;创新采用全方位的冷却方法和全封闭的切割方式,提高了切割机的制样质量,增强了系统的环保特性和操作的安全性;研究出一种先进的自动控制系统,该系统除能实现切割机的基本功能外,采用模糊控制算法设计出智能控制系统,提高了控制精度,保证了制样质量。试验表明:金相试样切割机设计新颖,性能可靠,实现了无人监控操作,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,促进了金相事业的发展,具有很高的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 The Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine is mainly used to cut the metallographic sample and the metal stick or make slot in metal material , which make the machine widely used in machinery > metallurgy > automobile and aviation etc. With the development of science and technology in our country and the joining in the WTO, the machine will develop with the development of industry. As a kind of sampling equipment, the Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine will face more opportunity and challenge, what’s more, high quality and automation have become its inexorable developing trend.This paper expounded the cutting theory, indicated difficult problems and keys on its development, according to the Mechatronics Principle, the analyzing and designing to the entirety > machine frame and the controlling system made the source梔istributing effective and the machine梕lectricity reasonable combining. The design procedure of the late-model cutting machine is discussed and the work-part performance is analyzed in this paper. To the machine system , CAD technology brought about auto-drawing, which improved the designing precision and efficiency. As far as the controlling system is concerned, automatic control to the cutting process is achieved to with the single-chip microprocessor, which meanwhile realized the low cost and high automation.The cutting machine belongs to grinding wheel cutting mode, it brought crosswise and vertical cutting ability to full play by suitable means. The machine adopted firstly omnibearing cooling system and closed cutting pattern, themeasures improved the sampling quality, enhanced the environmental protection and the operation safety; the paper advanced a kind of single-chip microprocessor system, it can not only accomplish the fundamental function, but also invent a new type of intelligent controlling system with Fuzzy Algorithm, which qualified the sampling quality. Experiments indicated that the Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine with reliable performance and unique designing fashion can operate without supervision , it reduced the labor intensity and raise the working efficiency, importantly, it accelerated the development of the metallographic as well as possessed highly application and dissemination.
