种衣剂合成成膜剂的优选研究

【摘要】 本研究用丙烯酰胺、顺丁烯二酸(酐)、乙酸乙烯酯、油酸、亚油酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等有机化合物在不同的合成条件下合成了丙烯酮桉-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯、顺丁烯二酸(酐)-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯、油酸-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯、亚油酸-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯、丙烯酸-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯6类共聚物,共计11种成膜剂。11种合成成膜剂的物理性能的测定结果表明,丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯共聚物和丙烯阶丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯共聚物等7种合成成膜剂具有较理想的物理性能。此7种成膜剂的物理性能综合指标均好于成膜剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。在种子发芽试验中,供试的7种合成成膜剂有5种成膜剂SA-2、SA-3、SA-4、SA-10、SA-11对种子的活力无影响或有促进作用,将此5种成膜剂分别制成种衣剂SCF1~SCF5,并进行种衣剂质量控制指标测定,结果表明:SCF1、SCF2、SCF4、SCF5 4种种衣剂的各项质量控制指标合格,其中SCF4、SCF5的成膜时间短于对照种衣剂,二者的脱落率均低于高巧种衣剂,将种衣剂SCF1、SCF2、SCF4、SCF5包衣棉种进行田间小区实验,进一步对成膜剂进行优选。 经过2001年的田间小区实验,对棉种的出苗、苗期素质及防蚜效果等方面都进行了测定。出苗结果表明:经SCF4、SCF5、高巧种衣剂、吡虫啉拌种包衣处理的棉种与空白CK(未包衣棉种)出苗期相同,经SCF-CMC、SCF1、SCF2包衣处理的棉种出苗期延迟1d。SCF5的出苗率优于高巧种衣剂,SCF4、吡虫啉拌种、SCF2、SCF-CMC、SCF1的出苗率低于高巧种衣剂且依次降低。苗期素质测定结果表明,SCF5和高巧种衣剂表现最为突出。由于气候和环境因素的影响,除空白CK,各处理均未达防治指标,各种衣剂的缓释持效期2001年无法确定。但从累计卷叶株率来看SCF5与高巧种衣剂也明显低于其它种衣剂。 对合成成膜剂SA-2、SA-4、SA-10、SA-11制成的种衣剂SCF1、SCF2、SCF4、SCF5进行的室内优选和田间实验结果表明,SCF5与高巧种衣剂相比,成膜时间短、包衣均匀、脱落率低、防虫效果好,但其热贮稳定性还低于高巧种衣剂,该方面的不足有待今后的进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Six types of copolymers which is acrylamide-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene, cisethylethylen diacid-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene, ethyleneylacetate-butylacrylate-phenylethylene, oleic acid-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene, suboleic acid-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene, and acrylic acid-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene, including eleven kinds of polymer films were synthesizeds on different experiment conditions with eight organic compounds of acrylamide.cisethylethylen, ethyleneyl acetate,oleic acid,suboleic acid, acrylic acid,butyl acrylate and phenylethylene.. Results of the test for the physical properties of eleven kinds of synthetic polymer films showed that seven synthetic polymer films of acrylamide-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene and acrylic acid-butyl acrylate-phenylethylene have better physical properties than sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). Five polymer films of SA-2, SA-3,SA-4,SA-10,SA-11 have no effect on seed or stimulate seed activity among the seven polymer films with good physical properties in the experiment of seed germination. The above five polymer films were formulated seed coating formulations.The results showed that the four kinds of seed coating formulations of SCF1, SCF2, SCF4, SCF5 were up to product standard. The film forming time of SCF4, SCF5 were short and the deciduous rates were lower than contrast seed coating formulation. Seeds of cotton coated by SCF1, SCF2, SCF4, SCF5 were used in field trial to choice further.The emergence and seedling quality of coated cotton seeds and the different kinds of seed coating formulations control of aphis were tested in the field trial in 2001.The results of seedling emergence showed that the emergence days of SCF4, SCF5, seed dressing with imidacloprid, Gaucho and uncoated seeds are the same, and seeds coated by SCF-CMC, SCF1, SCF2 are late for one day. The emergence rate of SCF5 is higher than Gaucho and that of SCF4, seed dressing with imidacloprid, SCF2, SCF-CMC,SCF1, are lower than Gaucho in sequence. The results of seedling quality showed that different treatments are different as to the five standards of seedling quality. According to the comprehensive access, SCFS and Gaucho are excellent among various treatments. Because of the effect of environment factors, all treatments except uncoated seeds of cotton did not reach the control standard and the controlled-release periods of different treatments could not be identified. But the leaf roll rate of SCFS and Gaucho were lower than other seed coating formulations apparently.The results of indoor choice and field trial of SCF1, SCF2, SCF4 and SCFS formulated by SA-2, SA-4, SA-10, SA-11 showed that SCFS is better than Gaucho in film forming time, coating degree of consistency, deciduous rate and control aphis effect, but the stability of thermal storage is not better than Gaucho and the further study on this field is needed lately.
