核桃破壳取仁方法及试验研究

【摘要】 自治区政府规划到2005年核桃的种植面积达到4万公顷,年产量达到12万吨,但我们不能只靠出卖原料来增收,而要走农产品深加工、农业产业化这条道路来使农民增收。核桃破壳取仁是核桃深加工的第一步,必须首先解决。而目前核桃破壳还主要靠手工。为了实现破壳取仁的机械化,本文对核桃破壳取仁方法进行了深入研究。首先利用薄壳理论和动态裂纹扩展理论对破壳原理进行了分析,并通过试验验证了理论分析的正确性,选出了合适的破壳参数;其次,对核桃在滚筒里的运动和受力情况进行了分析,并通过核桃分级试验,对栅式分级机构的分级效果进行了评定;第三,设计了核桃导向定位试验装置,通过正交试验,优选出了导向定位试验装置的合适参数;最后,对核桃壳、仁的分离进行了试验研究,阐述了壳、仁分离的可能性。

【Abstract】 Municipality government projects to plant walnut-tree 4 ten thousand hectare before 2005.Product is estimated to 12 ten thousand ton a year.It is not feasible to increase our earnings only through selling origin material.Agriculture industrialization and products reprocess are advocated to enhance peasant’s earnings.Because cracking walnut and fetching kernel is the first step,we must put it in the first place.Up to now,cracking walnut and fetching kernel mostly relies on hand.To realize mechanization of cracking walnut,the paper has thoroughly researched on method of cracking walnut and fetching kernel.First,It analyzes cracking principle of walnut making use of theory of thin-shell and theory of dynamic crack extend.Test verifies the validity of the cracking principle and selects appropriate parameter; second, It analyzes movement of walnut and force suffered in roller. Test about classification has been done, it assesses the effect of the bar pattern classification mechanization; third, we have designed direction guided orientation equipment and have made positive mutual test. Proper parameters of the orientation equipment are selected; At last, Test investigation is given about how to separate shell and kernel, it also expatiates probability of separation of shell and kernel.
