【Abstract】 The article starts with the current situation of Marine fisheries in china, analyses the national /international background that Chinese Marine fisheries confronts and the important problems which demand rapid solution in our country currently. A strategic measure, High-Technicalization, is put forward. Moreover, the important field, countermeasure and base-construction of High-Technicalization is discussed in detail. At last the article put forward some strategical enlightment from the problems which maritime fishery are encountered.更多还原
