原核生物中重复序列的分析及数据库的构建

【摘要】 本文主要分析了原核生物重复序列的收集、分类及数据库的构建。本文的前两章对生物信息学及真核生物的重复序列作了简要的概括。它是我们的具体工作(第三到第五章)的基础。 第三章分析了原核生物中重复序列的收集。根据收集策略,对四十一个细菌的DNA序列进行分析,收集了其中的“短而多,长而少”的重复序列。并统计出各细菌中的重复序列的含量及重复次数最多和重复长度最长的串。 第四章侧重于研究原核生物中重复序列的分类。根据重复序列落入的基因区或重复序列本身的结构特征、或长度及重复次数进行组和串的分类。 第五章是在第三、第四章的基础上研究了原核生物重复序列数据库的构建。设计了数据库的库文件格式及在Oracle数据库中的具体实现。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly analyzed the collection and classification and constructing a database of the repetitive sequences of the Prokaryonea. In the first two chapters, we give a summary of Bioinformatics and the Eukaryonta’ s repeats, respectively. They are the general bases of our concrete work (chapter 3 to chapter 5).In the third chapter, we collected all repetitive sequences of the Prokaryonea by the strategy of " short but many, long but few" . We analyzed forty-one bacteria’ DNA sequences, write down all repeats’ positions and repetitive times. In addition, we statisticed the containment, the most repetitive times and the most long sequence of the forty-one bacteria.In the forth chapter, classification of the repeats which we have collected were emphasized and analyzed. On the basis of the region of gene that repeats are dropped in, or the obvious feature-structure of the repeats, or repetitive times and repetitive length, blocks and strings are classed.In the fifth chapter, we constructed a repetitive sequences’ database of the Prokaryonea. Designed the flat file of the database and made it concreted in the Oracle.
