基于GIS的土地资源与环境信息系统研制与应用

【摘要】 本文以南宁华侨投资区生态环境建设总体规划为研究背景,以系统科学理论为指导,综合运用信息学、计算机科学、土地资源管理学等多学科知识,应用系统工程理论和方法,通过对系统目标与任务、用户需求、数据源的分析,进行了土地资源与环境信息系统的结构与功能设计。以此为依据,进一步进行数据库的概念与逻辑设计,经数据分类、编码等数据预处理,建立了一个包含文本、图形、表格等数据类型的数据库。在此基础上,以面向对象和控件技术为实现手段,开发出基于GIS的土地资源与环境信息系统。在系统功能设计上适应土地利用规划、生态环境建设中分析处理空间信息的需要,构建具有空间分析的功能模块,使系统结构更合理,服务功能更强。系统在南宁华侨投资区生态环境建设规划应用中发挥了重要作用。 本文的突出之处在于将前沿的GIS技术与MIS理论有机结合,综合集成了多种新技术,解决了传统信息系统中难以解决的空间分析难题,为土地资源与环境信息的管理提供一种快捷、有效的工具。

【Abstract】 According to theory and methods of System Engineering, this paper studied the information management of land resources and environment based on the Nanning Overseas Chinese Investment Zone Ecological Environment Construction. Guided by system theory, various Subject-intellectual Knowledge is comprehensively applied in the paper, such as information science, computer science and land resources management science. The structure and function of Land Resources and Environment Information System was designed by analyzing the object and mission of the system, the user’s demand and the source of data. Then the concept and logic of the database was designed .After classifying the data and coding , a database including such data types as text, figures and tables was built. By using Object-Oriented and Controler-Oriented method, the Land Resources and Environment Information System Based on GIS was developed. In order to adopts to the demand of analyzing and expressing the space information in land use planning and ecological environment construction, a spatial analysis module was designed for the Land Resources and Environment Information System, which makes the system structure more reasonable and the service function more strengthened .The system has played an important role in the planning of ecological environment construction in Nanning Overseas Chinese Investment Zone.The merit of this paper is organically combination GIS with MIS. The combination makes it possible to solve the difficult problem which can not be solved by the traditional MIS. This paper offers an efficient tool for the management of land resources and environment information.
