Lotus Domino与DB2集成的B/S结构的办公自动化系统

【摘要】 本文详细描述了Lotus Domino与DB2集成的B/S结构的办公自动化系统(即株洲冶炼厂政工管理系统)的设计过程,并且基本上以软件工程方法为线索来组织全文。由于Lotus Domino是一种非关系性数据库,其应用系统的设计方法与关系性数据库系统的设计方法有着一定的差异,同时还结合了以浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式的设计方法,所以该系统更有其特殊性。本丈以该系统为实例,全面论述了以Lotus Domino为开发平台的系统的设计方法,讨论了作为一个良好的Domino应用系统应具备那些关键要素或要求,如何针对这些要求进行设计,项目如何实施,关键步骤是那些等。在系统设计阶段,文中比较了两种不同的模块划分方法,通过对模块划分原则的理解,选择了一种合理的,可行的划分方法并予以了证明。对于在详细设计阶段的两个重要问题:权限管理和工作流应用,本文加以了详细的讨论,通过比较两种不同的权限实施方法,得出适合于该系统的组织管理模块的实施方案;同时,本文还简要介绍了工作流的概念和几种典型的工作流。通过对工作流设计过程的描述,本文提出了一种通用工作流设计的方法,从具体流程的抽象,简化,系统规划到具体实现,文中都进行了详尽的描述。由于办公自动化系统中主要是工作流的应用,所以是否采用科学有效的工作流设计方法将影响到整个系统的质量。通过实践证明,这种工作流设计方法使流程的表述更加清晰规范,最终得到的工作流模型能适应大部分需要,编码阶段的思路更加顺畅,结构化程度好,可移植性好。本文所述的系统完全按照软件工程的方法,保证了软件质量,并在设计方法方面有一定的独创性,为该类系统的设计和实施提供了具有指导意义的思路。

【Abstract】 This thesis describs the process of designing of the Lotus Domino and DB2 integrated and B/S structural office automation system (political works management system of Zhuzhou smelter) in detail, and it is orgnized by the clue of the software project method. Because the Lotus Domino is a kind of non-relation database management system, its application systems’ designing differs from it of the relation database system, and it is combined with the Browser/Server (B/S) mode designing method which makes it more special. As this system examplified, this thesis expounds the designing method of the system which based on the Lotus Domino, and discusses that a good Domino application should possess what key factors and requirements, and how to design to meet these requirements, and how to implement the project, and which procedures are the most important, and etc. At the stage of the system designing, this paper compared two definitely different module dividing methods. By the module dividing principles, a logical and practical method was choosen and testified. As far as the two important problems :the management of the power and the application of workflow are concerned, they are described in detail. We have got the right organization module which fitted well with the system by comparing two method of power implementation. And at the same time, this paper introduces the conception of the workflow and some representative workflows. By describing the designing process, this essay presented a method of general workflow which can be adapted to most workflow system. In OAS, the application of the workflow is the most important. An efficient and scientific designing method will affect the quality of the whole system. Attested by the practice, this method can make the process of the workflow more distinctive and standard, and the model of the workflow can meet most needs, and the thoughts will be more smooth in the programming stage. And the structure and the transplantation of the system will be better. This system was designed by the software project method, which guarantees the quality of the software, and it had special properties in its designing. Therefore, it direct the way for devising and implementation of other systems like it.
