高校创新型人才培养模式的研究与实践

【摘要】 构建创新型人才培养模式是变革教育观念，应对科学技术发展和知识经济挑战的必然选择。本文首先比较了美、德、日等西方发达国家大学和我国高校创新型人才培养的发展历程，同时结合武汉大学和原中南工业大学毕业生质量现状调查分析结果，指出了我国高校在创新型人才培养方面存在的不足及其原因。然后在探讨创新型人才应具备的特征及其成长环境的基础上，提出了创新型人才培养模式，并针对目前高校实施创新型人才培养模式存在的难点，分析研究了相应的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s an inevitable choice in changing educational concepts for the development of scientific technology and the challenge of intellectual economy to set up the model of cultivating pioneering talents. The paper, firstly, comparatively refers to the developing course of cultivating pioneering talents in the higher learning of our country and in the western developed countries such as America, Germany, Japan and so on. By the investigative analysis of the learning qualities of college graduates in the former Central South Univ. of Technology and in Wuhan University, it is indicated that there exist some shortcomings and its reasons in this respect. Then on the basis of their traits and their growing-up surroundings, the model and its relevant plans and measures are proposed and analyzed in accordance of the problems to carry out the model in the pre colleges and universities.更多还原
