【摘要】 现今时代，社会科学理论的迅速发展，为体育学科开辟了广阔的发展领域。可持续发展作为未来人类社会发展的一种理念，给21世纪体育发展提供了新的研究思路和研究视角，体育的可持续发展是历史的必然。 河南省地处中原，是中国第一人口大省，也是农业大省。上世纪末，中国体育管理体制的改革和农村经济发展的现状，使体育在河南省农村的发展遇到一些困难和问题，处于一个暂时的发展低潮期。随着农民负担的减轻，社会经济发展水平的提高，农村体育的发展必然走出低谷，对农村体育的研究也必然升温。 本文在立足于社会学、体育社会学、可持续发展等理论的基础上，运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑方法、系统方法和数理统计法等方法，对河南省农村体育进行了系统的调查、分析与研究。指出河南省农村体育可持续发展面临的主要问题：1．农村社会经济发展水平低，经济基础薄弱，客观上制约了体育的发展；2．传统体育管理体制在转型后不能自行，也不会立即产生新的社会体育的管理体制和运行机制，使现阶段农村体育在时间和空间的发展上，出现政策法规不健全，多头管理的混乱局面；3．体育工作队伍整体素质低，工作思想不稳定，思想观念有待转变和更新；4。体育场地设施缺乏，活动的组织化程度低；5．政府体育行为减弱，体育协会有名无实；6．竞技体育发展受阻：体育赛事减少，竞技体育项目发展单一化，且体育赛事举办中“锦标主义”盛行；7．农村学校体育的优势没有充分发挥。 运用因素分析法，找出影响河南省农村体育可持续发展的主要因素是：体育环境因素；体育法制与教育因素；经济因素；政府体育行为因素；体育人口因素。 依据影响河南省农村体育可持续发展的因素，针对当前农村体育现实中存在的问题，结合当前河南省农村社会生产与生活的实际状况，作者提出河南省农村体育可持续发展对策：1．强化政府行为，转变工作思想观念，配套实施与完善农村体育发展的法规政策；2．积极开拓农村体育市场，合理引导体育产业的发展；3创设良好的体育环境：4．充分利用和合理开发农村体育资源；5．发挥学校体育的辐射作用；6．积极开展体育竞赛；7．大力发展体育人口。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the rapid progress of sociology opens up a wide development realm for physical culture discipline. As a concept of development of future society, sustainable development provides a new train of thought and a new visual angle of study for physical culture development of 21st century. The sustainable development of physical culture is the necessity of history.Henan province lies in Central Plains. It has the largest population and a larger agricultural province. At the end of last century, the reform of managerial system of physical culture and the status quo of rural economy development make physical encounter some difficulties and problems in the country of Henan province. Physical culture in the country of Henan province is at a transient low ebb. With the burden of peasants being lightened and the enhancement of the standards of development of social economy, the development of rural physical culture is bound to walk out of the all-time low. The study on rural physical culture is bound to become popular.Based on the theory of sociology, sociology of physical culture and sustainable development, this article applies the method of documents and materials, the method of investigating, logical method, mathematic statistic method to investigate, analyze and study systematically the rural physical culture ofHenan province. The main problems faced by sustainable development of rural physical culture of Henan province are listed as following: 1. The low level of development of rural social economy and the weak economic foundation objectively restricts the development of physical culture. 2. The traditional managerial system of physical culture neither run of itself after reforming nor immediately create new managerial system and operating mechanisms of social physical culture. Imperfect policy and regulations and bad management appear in the development of time and space of rural physical culture. 3. The quality of the whole staff that is engaged in physical culture is low. The ideology of work is not stable. The mode of thought remains to be changed and renewed. 4. The facilities of physical culture are lacked and sports activities lack organization. 5. The behaviors of governments to physical culture are weakened and the associations of physical culture are in name but not in reality. 6. The athletics development is objected: the athletics competition is reduced. The development of athletics items is simplistic. "Championshipism" is in vague in holding sports competition. 7. The advantages of rural school physical education have not been brought into full play.Through applying the method of factors analysis, the main factors of affecting the sustainable development of rural physical culture of Henan province are found: environment of physical culture; legal institutions and education of physical culture; economy; the behaviors of government tophysical culture; population participating sports.Based on the factors of affecting the sustainable development of rural physical culture of Henan province, countering the problems existing in current rural physical culture, dealing with the realistic condition of production and life of current rural society of Henan province, suggestions of sustainable development of rural physical culture of Henan province are given: 1. Strengthen the behaviors of governments. Change the mode of thought of work. Carry out and amplify the policy and regulations of developing rural physical culture. 2. Open up the market of rural physical culture. Instruct rationally the development of physical culture industry. 3. Create good environment of physical culture. 4. Make full use of and open up rationally resources of rural physical culture. 5. Bring the radiation play of school physical education into play. 6. Develop positively an athletics competition. 7. Devote major efforts to developing population participating athletics.更多还原
