聚合物驱试井解释方法研究

【摘要】 大庆油田自1996年聚合物驱投入工业化应用以来,积累了大量的聚合物驱油、水井压力恢复曲线,这些曲线与水驱时的压力恢复曲线相比,具有明显的特殊性,具体表现为半对数曲线早期段变陡,续流时间延长,晚期段所受边界的影响时间滞后,中期段无限作用径向流直线斜率增大,双对数曲线的导数曲线对应水驱0.5水平线的是一条有一定斜率的直线,而且斜率值随着聚合物注入的延续而增大。 本文针对聚合物驱压力恢复曲线的特殊性,充分总结和认识其变化规律,在对国内外多孔介质中流体的渗流规律、试井理论有关成果进行研究的基础上,完成了以下研究内容: 1、以五点法井网的四分之一井组为研究对象,应用POLYMER数值模拟软件研究发现,聚合物溶液浓度在注入井与生产井间的分布呈指数变化。 2、本文在前人对幂律指数和聚合物溶液浓度间关系研究的基础上,综合聚合物溶液浓度的分布规律,提出了聚合物溶液幂律指数的计算方法,并将该算法应用于软件,解决了原理论中幂律指数确定难的问题。 3、建立了考虑聚合物的性质、聚合物溶液的浓度、流变性等因素影响下有效粘度的关系式,并将其应用于聚合物驱试井解释模型,建立了新的渗流模型,并应用数值方法对模型进行了求解,得到了理论图版。新模型克服了原有模型没有考虑聚合物溶液浓度变化的缺陷,为准确解释聚合物驱条件下的各项参数及其变化规律提供了可靠的依据。 4、建立了与“松I法”相对应的聚合物驱非牛顿渗流压力计算“松I法”,并给出了幂律指数趋近于1时的简化公式。 5、编制了一套适用于生产实际、操作简便、标准化程度高的试井解释软件。应用该软件对大庆油田聚合物注入区块部分油水井压力恢复曲线进行了实例研究。
【Abstract】 The pressure response curves of many oil and water wells under polymer flooding have been accumulated since industrializing application of polymer flooding technique from 1996 in Daqing oil field. Compared to the curves under water flooding, it has obvious particularity. The semilog curves become steep in early time and afterflow period becomes longer. The influence of boundary on long time lags and the slope of radial flow straight-line increases. The derivative curve of log-log curve, which corresponds to the 0.5 characteristic line, is a straight line with certain slope and the slope becomes larger with the injection of polymer.Based on the achievements about the fluid flow in porous media and well test, the following researches have been done in point to the particularity of pressure buildup curve under polymer flooding.1. The changing law of polymer solution concentration between injection well and production well has been given through using POLYMER numerical simulation software with the object of quarter well group of five-spot pattern.2. According to the relations of power-law index and polymer concentration obtained by constructed other scholars, combined with the polymer concentration distribution law, the calculating method of power-law index is developed. Applying the arithmetic to computer software solved the problem that power-law index is difficult to obtain in primary theory.3. New percolation flow model has been established by applying a new effective viscosity model in well test interpretation model. In the new viscosity model, the influences of polymer property, concentration and rehology are considered. And we obtained the numerical solution of the well test and the typical curves. New well test model considering variety of polymer concentration has been presented in a form that suitable for interpreting the parameters well and truly.4. "Song I" method for Non-Newtonian fluid flow has been proposed and its simplified express while power law index approach to 1 has been given.5. We have worked out a well test interpretation software of high standardization that is suitable for the production practice and can be operated conveniently. Examples for some oil and water wells in polymer flooding blocks of Daqing oil field are given.
