基于工作流技术和GIS的图文一体化信息系统的研究

【摘要】 本文首先分析了目前办公自动化系统的现状,根据传统的办公自动化系统不能管理海量的图形信息,难于实现图文一体化的计算机信息系统的弱点;而且组织机构的改变、业务流程的调整,通常也需要对软件作出大量的修改,软件的灵活性差。同时,单一采用地理信息系统或工作流技术的改造尚不能克服上述弱点。因为,地理信息系统(GIS)的优势在于其集成管理海量空间数据和属性数据的能力,但难以满足对工作流程的控制。工作流技术的优势在于对工作流程的灵活控制,但其本身并没有对大量图形数据的处理能力。充分利用GIS和工作流技术之间的互补性,结合软件技术的发展趋势,作者提出了利用组件式软件技术和插件,将GIS和工作流技术结合起来实现图文一体化信息系统的解决方案。最后,作者以建设项目管理为例,介绍了GIS和工作流技术结合的具体方法和实现。结果表明,工作流技术和GIS的结合为图文一体化信息系统的实现提供了较好的解决方案,既满足了对海量空间信息的管理,又实现了系统流程控制的的灵活性,增强了软件的可维护性。 本文取得的主要成果包括:利用组件式GIS的海量数据管理能力满足了业务处理系统对图形处理的需求;基于工作流管理系统JKCFLOW,实现了图文一体化信息系统的业务流程的灵活控制,增强软件系统的灵活性和可维护性,缩短软件的开发周期。基于组件技术,利用GIS插件将GIS与工作流技术结合起来,实现了办公自动化和GIS的一体化,大大地提高了业务人员的工作效率。

【Abstract】 After analyzing the status of Office Automation System (OAS), this paper points out that the traditional OAS is difficult in developing the information system with the integration of graphic data and text because it can’t manage the huge graphic data required by some fields. At the same time, the traditional software has bad flexibility to adapt the alteration of organization or business process, so a lot of work has to be done to adapt these alterations. Geographic Information System (GIS) can manage huge spatial and attribute data easily, but it is difficult in the control of business workflow. Just on the contrary, Workflow management technology, which can control workflow easily, itself is not able to manage enormous graphic data. So the aboved short points can’t be conquered only by either workflow or GIS technology. According to the development trend of computer software, and making most use of mutual supplementation of workflow and GIS technology, the author introduces new solution using component software technology and ’Plugln’ to integrate GIS and Workflow to implement the information system with the integration of graphic data and text Finally, based on a case study on the construction project management information system, the concrete implementation of the integration of GIS and Workflow is introduced.It is verified that the integration of Workflow and GIS, which meets the needs of managing huge spatial information as well as enhances the flexibility of the business workflow and maintainability of the software, is an effective means to implement graphic data and text information system.The main results in this paper include:1) Considering that COMGIS has the function of managing the huge graphic data required by business processing activities, the author uses COMGIS to successfully meet the requirements of managing enormous graphic data.2) This information system has good flexibility in workflow control of the information system with the integration of graphic data and text, which makes the software much easier to be maintained.3) The integration of OA and GIS, which promotes the efficiency of the staff, is implemented based on the component software technology by using ’GIS plugln’ to integrate GIS and workflow technology.
