【摘要】 随着社会的日益向前发展，随着人们对教育教学活动复杂性认识的不断深入，“教师(中小学教师)成为研究者”已成为一种蓬勃兴起的运动。围绕着这一运动，各种问题和困惑也由此产生，其中最主要的就是如何去给教师的研究者角色进行定位。在我国，我国现实的校本教师研究中就存在着将教师研究降贬为随意的问题解决法和将教师研究等同于专职教育科研工作者的研究两种误识，而正是这些误识的流传，使得人们对教师研究的必要性和可能性大加怀疑，甚至出现了消极抵触的情绪。针对这种情况，也有少数研究者对其进行过严肃而认真地纠正，但却缺乏系统和深入。为此，笔者便试从理论的历史适切性角度出发，围绕着教师研究的合理定位这一核心，对教师成为研究者的兴起、性质以及条件和途径问题进行一粗浅的探讨，以期为教师研究的形成和健康发展贡献绵薄之力。全文共分三个部分。 第一部分，追踪“教师成为研究者”的兴起背景，指出“教师成为研究者”是当今社会发展引起教师职业性质变化的必然结果，是人们对教育教学活动复杂性认识深入的必然结果。 第二部分，指出在我国当前的教师研究中存在着将教师研究降贬为随意的问题解决法和将教师研究等同于专职教育科研工作者的研究两种误区。在此基础上，着力分析了教师研究的特点：1．教师研究是一种实践性研究；2．教师研究是一种非个人化的公开的探究；3．教师研究是一种科学性的探究。同时，在这部分里，对有关教师研究的一些深层理论如教师的“内隐理论”与教师研究、教师研究与教育系统的“制度化问题”、教师研究与教师日常生活的重建等也作了相关的探讨。这部分是全文的核心部分。 第三部分，具体分析了教师成为研究者的条件和策略问题，认为在我国现有的条件下，可通过以下一些途径来促进教师研究的形成和健康发展：1．破除有关教师研究的成见；2．通过在职和职前两条途径发展教师研究的意识和能力；3．从制度上为教师研究提供保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Be aimed at the trend of "Teachers as Researchers"in the field of education and the problems on it,this article will make a tentative exploration to the rising, nature and feasibility of "Teachers as Researchers".The article includes three parts.Part one will trace the background of "Teachers as Researchers’Mt points out that "Teachers as Researchers"is the inevitable outcome of the changes in teaching profession caused by the development of modern society and the inevitable outcome of the improvement of people’s understating about complexity of education.Part two will point out there are two kinds of misunderstanding about teachers’ research: treating teachers’ research as solving problems at will and treating teachers’ research as educational scientific research personnel’s research.On the base of that,this part analyzes the characteristics of teachers’ research: 1 .Teachers’ research is a kind of practical research;2.Teachers’ research is a kind of open research;3.Teachers’ research is a kind of scientific research.Meanwhile,the part also makes a exploration to teachers’ tacit knowledge and teachers’ research, teachers’ research and the problems on system of education and teachers’ research and the rebuilding of teachers’ everyday life .This part is the core of the article.Part three wil make a exploration to the feasibility of teachers’ research and point out that we should promote teachers’ research through three channels: breaking preconceived idea on teachers’ research > developing research awareness and capability and ensuring teachers’ research in institutions.更多还原
