多功能绿色环保锅炉智能控制系统

【摘要】 本锅炉控制系统由上位机控制系统和下位机控制系统两大部分组成,上位机由微型计算机组成,负责多台下位机锅炉的联合控制,可随时查看各下位机的当前运行状态和历史运行记录等等,下位机控制系统负责单台锅炉的自动运行,来调节锅炉出水温度和用户供水温度。 对热水工作方式,在常规调节的基础上,本课题提出了一种新的控制方案,既自适应方法,它根据用户供水温度的变化自适应调整锅炉出水温度设定值,使锅炉提供的热量能随着用户负载的变化而随之变化。对采暖工作方式,提出了分阶段改变流量的质调节方案,它是一种经济可行、科学合理的控制方案。 上位机控制系统软件采用Visual C++开发ACCESS后台数据库,上位机的系统结构主要包括与下位机的串口通讯和对后台数据库的操作。与下位机通讯采用先进的RS—485标准,并设计了一套完善的专用通讯协议。对后台数据库的操作采用DAO技术。 在下位机控制系统中,根据燃烧器和循环泵类型的不同,分别采用分段方式和PID方式进行控制。分段控制方式应用于系统的开关量输出,PID控制方式应用于系统的模拟量输出。在分段控制方式中,引入了回差概念,即给用户设定值一个可以接受的波动范围。对PID控制方式提出了带死区的、积分分离的、输出限幅的PID控制算法。 在下位机控制系统中,采用MCS—51系列单片机作为主控制器,主要包括模拟系统单元(传感器、A/D转换器、D/A转换器)、液晶显示单元、实时时钟单元、看门狗及串行E2pROM单元等。下位机采用SPI串行外设接口,采用丰富的硬件抗干扰技术,并结合软件抗干扰,使控制系统的运行更加准确、可靠。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a kind of fuel and gas boiler intelligent control system. It includes computer-based upper control system and microcomputer-based lower control system. Upper control system is responsible for the united control of many boilers, sending control command to lower control system, accepting collecting data from lower control system, displaying real-time or history working state for user. Lower control system is responsible for automated control of single boiler.This boiler control system applies to hot water mode and heating mode. In hot water mode, this paper innovate a new control plan named self-adapting, which alter boiler water temperature setting according to the change of user temperature. It can greatly improve work efficiency, save energy. As for heating mode, this paper presents a new method which alter boiler water temperature setting based on environment temperature, while changing water flux in different temperature level.Upper control system is developed in Windows environment using Visual C++ and ACCESS database. It communicates lower control system through RS-485 twisted-pair with exclusive communication protocol.Lower control system applies not only to general burner and pump but also to continuous adjusting equipment. It uses different control plan according to different periphery equipment, so it can give users greater selecting space.Lower control system uses MCS-51 microcomputer as main control chip, it also includes interface circuit, such as sensor, A/D, D/A, LCD, real-time clock, watchdog and serial E2PROM. This paper presents hardware circuit and some important software source code.
