吉林省西部生态环境脆弱区农业发展模式探讨

【摘要】 本文以人文地理学，自然地理学，生态经济学，生态学等学科的有关理论为指导，探讨了生态环境脆弱区的农业发展问题。这一研究对农业可持续发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。论文以西部作为研究区，运用相关的统计数据，分析这一地区农业发展与生态环境之间的相互关系，进而为这一地区提出一个合理的农业发展模式。以期促进西部乃至全省其它地区农业的可持续发展。 全文共分四部分。 第一部分是西部区域特征的辨识。通过引用中国生态环境脆弱带的有关概念及其分布特征，对照吉林省西部突出的生态环境问题，指出该区是典型的可恢复的生态环境脆弱区。 第二部分是西部生态环境与农业发展的相互关系分析。从分析这一地区生态环境脆弱的原因入手，概括出西部脆弱生态环境下的农业经济的基本特征，最后提出脆弱的生态环境是西部农业发展的瓶颈，是吉林省西部农业发展的劣势。 第三部分是吉林省西部农业发展模式的选择。首先展开对农业发展模式的争论，然后分析西部农业发展的潜力，进而在三个原则的指导下提出西部地区发展生态环保型效益农业的总体模式；针对西部的实际，将总体模式细化为六种具体的生态环保型效益农业模式；结合西部农业区划及有关的自然区划，对未来西部农业发展模式进行地域结构规划。 第四部分是实施生态环保型效益农业的保障。本部分指出西部地区己初步具备发展生态环保型效益农业的技术条件；政府在实施生态环保型效益农业中可实施“绿箱操作”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on relevant theories of human geography, physical geography, ecological economics, and ecology, this paper discusses the issue of agricultural development within Ecozone. This research is of important theorial and practical significance to the sustainable development of agriculture. The western region of Jilin province is taken as the research region. I will use some related statistic data to analyze the relationship between eco-environment and agricultural development and furtherly put forward a reasonable pattern of agricultural development. This can promote the agricultural sustainable development in western region and even the whole of the Jilin province.The contents of the paper is outlined as follows:Part one is the recognition of the regional characters of the western region in Jilin province. The paper contrasts the typical eco-environment characters of western region in Jilin province with that of Chinese Ecozone and come to the conclusion that the western region of Jilin province is a restorable Ecotone.Part two is the analysis on the relationship between eco-environment and agricultural development in western region of Jilin province. I will first analyze the reasons for fragile eco-environment and analyze the characters of agricultural economy, at last, point out that fragile eco-environment restricts agricultural development. This has turned out to be a disadvantage for agricultural development in the western region.Part three raises agricultural development pattern of western region in Jilin province. This part revolves around the issue on how to develop agriculture and presents an analysis on the agricultural development potentials of western region in Jilin province, and brings up the general pattern and six concrete patterns of eco-environment-oriented andprofit-oriented agriculture at the guide of three principles. This part also makes an agricultural regional planning in the western region of Jilin province.Part four is the guarantees of the agricultural development pattern. In this part I will point out that western region has already possessed the technologies to develop agriculture and the green-management of government should be advocated in order to put eco-environment-oriented and profit-oriented agriculture into practice.更多还原
