国产300MW机组在线优化运行信息系统的研究

【摘要】 本文根据火电厂的运行和管理的需求,对如何在火电厂中实现在线优化运行信息系统作了深入的研究。 首先本文分析了当前电力市场的形势和电力企业所而临的问题,指出在火电厂实现在线优化运行信息系统的必要性。然后,介绍了火电厂的能损分析理论,并在此基础上,详细阐述了在线性能优化运行信息系统的设计,系统的功能以及在系统的计算机实现中所涉及的要点。整个系统基于火电厂的Intranet,跟踪机组的运行情况,对机组进行实时的性能分析,并将实时数据、历史数据和统计信息在Intranet上发布,以便运行人员和电厂管理人员能够方便地了解机组的运行状况,为火电厂节能降耗、提高运行水平和热经济性提供了科学有力的手段。 在本文的最后对计算机在火电厂的应用前景作了展望。

【Abstract】 According to the demand of operation and management in power plants, this paper explores on how to implement the on-line operational optimizing system intensively.First, the paper analyzes the present situation of the power market and problems facing to the power enterprises and points out the necessity of on-line operational optimizing system for power plants. Then, it introduces the energy-loss analyst theories, and based on those, expounds the design and functions of the system as well as the key points in the implemention. The whole system is based on the intranet in power plants and it can monitor the units’ operation and commit real-time performance analysis. All of the real-time data, historical data and statistical information are published on Intranet thus the workers and managers can acquire the information about the performance of the units conveniently. This system becomes the scientific and powerful assistant for power plants managers and workers to economize on energy and improve the operation level and heat economy.At the end of the paper, some prospects of computer applications in power plants are presented.
