高线加速度与振动复合试验环境控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文对线加速度与振动复合环境作了简要的理论分析并深入探讨了其控制系统的开发。 第一章介绍了国内外相关的研究情况,并提出了该实验设备的总体设计方案。 第二章首先从计算机仿真和实验两方面着手,分析了振动台在线加速度环境下有别于静态环境下的性能。用理论和实验相结合的办法分析了气囊的静态和动态性能。 第三章首先介绍了振动台驱动电路和振动信号采集电路的设计,然后介绍了动圈纠偏系统的设计和反馈控制的过程。 第四章分析了信号传输方案的可行性,并对通讯系统的硬件结构和软件编程作了详细的说明,最后介绍了远程控制软件的开发过程。 第五章对本课题中涉及到的各种实验作了简要说明,并对复合实验数据进行了分析。总结了本课题所取得的成绩,并对课题进一步研究提出了展望。

【Abstract】 This thesis includes brief theory analysis about linear acceleration and vibration combination environment and full practice discussion about its control system.In chapter 1 we introduce the domestic and foreign correlative actuality and put forward the collectivity design scheme of the experiment equipment.In chapter 2, taking measures from computer simulation and experiments, we analyse the capabilities of vibration table in the linear acceleration environment that is different from the static environment, then analyse the static and dynamic capability of the ballonet by theoretical and experimental methods.In chapter 3, firstly we introduce the circuit design about how to drive vibration table and sample vibration signal, then introduce the design and feed back control course of the moving-loop rectifying system. In chapter 4, we analyse the feasibility of signal transmission scheme and explain the hardware and software of communication system in detail, finally introduce the long-distance control program.In chapter 5, we explain in brief all of the experiments in the course of study, and analyse the combination experiment data. We summarize all the achievements we accomplished, and expect how to lucubrate this problem.
