【摘要】 本文是在开发了“网络型IC卡机房管理控制系统”的基础上写成的，主要研究了机房的自动化管理问题。 随着各高校机房数量的增多，机房规模的扩大，机房的管理压力越来越大。如何充分利用现有的资源，实现机房的自动化管理，使得机房管理像IC卡电话一样方便有效，正是本文研究的重点。同时，由于各高校不同的情况，使得管理又不像IC卡电话那么简单，这需要我们的系统考虑到方方面面的问题，具备通用性，能适应各个学校的情况，这增加了系统的复杂性。 本文所研究的系统通过软硬件的紧密配合，使得各种管理功能趋于完善，真正实现了机房的整体控制和管理。自动计费功能和控制功能是系统的核心部分。 每台计算机配备一台单机扣费器，上面记录着全校唯一的机位信息，以此来识别计算机并实施计费功能和统计信息的发送。每个学生持有一张IC卡，卡上记录有卡号、学号和费用等各种信息，当学生使用计算机时，单机扣费器会自动扣减其中的费用。管理员能监控每台计算机并向他们发送信息，这样一来，管理员就能有效地观察和指导学生的学习。 本系统在网络通信时使用了UDP协议，这样不会消耗太多的网络资源，并且效率较高，速度较快。 这套系统已在一些高校投入实用，取得了较好的效果，给机房的管理工作带来了很大的方便。应该说，经实践证明，这是一套实用性和适应性都较强的系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on "NETWORK COMPUTER ROOM MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON 1C CARD", it mainly researches the problem of automatic management of computer room.Computer rooms in universities are increasing and enlarging continuously. The management of computer room is becoming more and more difficulty. It is the keystone of this thesis how we can make full use of exist resources to realize the automatic management of computer room and make it convenient and effective as 1C card telephone. Because of the different conditions of every university, the management of computer room is not as simple as 1C card telephone. We must think about all conditions to fit the need of every university. It increases the complexity of the system.The system applies compact combination of software and hardware to make almost all management functions perfect. It really realizes the whole control and management of computer room. The core of this system is its automatic charging and control.Each computer is equipped a charging equipment. It records computer number which is unique in a university and realize charging function and send statistic information. Each student has an 1C card which records card number, school number, charge and other information. When the student uses computer, charging equipment will subtract his charge automatically. Administrator can watch each computer and send messages to them via server. In this way, administrator can observe and guide students’ study effectively.The system adopts UDP protocol to realize network communication, so it will not consume too much network resources and can gain better efficiency and speed.This system has been in use in some universities. It is effective and gives much convenience to management of computer rooms, so it is a suit of system with practicability and adaptability in some sense.更多还原
