玻璃深加工产品排料优化与物料管理集成系统的研究

【摘要】 近年来,相关行业的发展促进了玻璃深加工业的发展,同时也使得该行业的竞争日趋激烈。如何在激烈的竞争中生存、发展成为玻璃深加工企业特别是中小型玻璃深加工企业必须面对的问题。然而,目前中小型玻璃深加工企业在排料优化与物料管理上存在的问题影响、制约了企业的进一步发展。结合东莞市中森玻璃工艺厂的实际情况,本文对玻璃深加工产品排料优化与物料管理集成系统进行了研究。 本文首先介绍了课题的背景、意义和目的,对国内外排料优化与物料管理相关技术的发展、研究现状进行了综述,并介绍了课题的来源和主要研究内容。 接着对玻璃深加工产品的排料优化问题进行了研究,在分析玻璃加工的排料特点与工艺要求的基础上,对一般排料问题的数学模型进行了分析。由于排料优化问题属于NP完全问题,目前还没有有效的算法来解决,考虑到生产的实际需要,结合人工排料的经验,本文采用了降维启发式的方法来求解排料问题的近似最优解,该方法能够避免传统算法大量的不必要计算过程。 在物料管理方面,主要介绍了物料需求计划的基本原理,重点分析玻璃深加工企业物料清单、主生产计划、批量规则的特点,分析该行业的物料需求计划的计算方法,实现产品排料与物料需求计划的信息集成。 在前面工作的基础上,以Visual Basic6.0为开发工具、SQL Server2000为数据库平台,并采用基于Client/Server的网络体系结构进行了原型系统的开发设计,初步实现了排料优化与物料管理的集成化。最后对全文进行了总结展望。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the developments of relative industry have not only brought along the development of glass deep process industry, but also made the competition more drastic. How to survive and develop in the competition has become the problem that glass deep process industry have to face, especially for SME. But the problems existing in cutting stock and material management have restricted their further development. According to the status of Zhongshen Glass Industry that lies in Dongguan, the cutting stock and material management integrated system of glass deep process is studied in this paper.In this paper, the background, meaning and object of the subject are firstly introduced. The development and present status of the relative technique of cutting stock and material management are summarized. And then the source and the main research contents are introduced.Then the cutting stock problem of glass deep process product is studied. The mathematical model for general cutting stock problem is analyzed base on the analyst of the features and technical requirement of glass deep process. Because the cutting stock problem is a kind of NP complete problem, there is no effective algorithm to solve it by present. In view of the practical requirement of production and combined with the experience of manual layout, a kind of dimensions-decreasing heuristic algorithm which can reduce a mass of unnecessary calculation of traditional algorithm is adopted to get the approximate optimal solution of the cutting stock problem.As to the material management, the basic theory of material requirement planning is mainly introduced. The features of bill of material, master production schedule and lot sizing of glass deep process industry are analyzed. Then the calculation method of MRP of glass deep process industry is analyzed, and the information integration of cutting stock and MRP isIIrealized.Based on the works above, using Visual BasicB.0 as the developing tool and the SQL Server 2000 as the Database platform, a prototype that based on the Client/Server architecture is set up, and the integration of cutting stock and material management is realized abecedarian. Finally this paper is summarized and the development trends are pointed out.
