风险投资预警管理系统研究

【摘要】 为了克服风险投资“高风险”性给风险投资发展带来的不利影响，我们有必要建立风险投资的预警预控系统来防范和利用风险。本文即对风险投资预警管理系统作了一个开创性的研究。论文对风险投资管理过程中的管理波动现象和管理危机现象的成因、形式及演化规律作了深入分析。在此基础上，利用解析结构模型方法得到风险投资影响因素的多阶段多层次的结构模型，来构建风险投资监测指标体系，并用模糊数学方法对指标特征值进行了科学的识别。根据这些经识别的指标特征值和本文提出“双向”诊断警报系统，就可对风险投资的整个运作过程进行全面和实时的预警和预控。论文最后对风险投资预警管理系统的组织准备和业务流程作了探讨，并对风险投资预警管理系统作了一个应用分析和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the unfavourable effects of the venture capital’s "high risk", which hinder the development of venture capital, it is necessary for us to set up the system of venture capital early-warning & early-controlling to take precautions against risks. This paper does an initiative research on the system of venture capital early-warning management. This dissertation makes a deep analysis on the factors, forms and developing laws of the management fluctuation phenomena and management crisis phenomena in the venture capital process. And then we get the multi-step and multi-attribute structure model of venture capital’s effect factors by the Interpretive Structure Modeling. We also structure the venture capital’s monitor index system and have a scientific recognition of these indexes by Fuzzy method. According to these indexes and the system of "TWO-WAY" monitor & warning, which we propose, we can complete the all-round and on-line early-warning & early-controlling against the venture capital’s total process. In the end, this paper delves in the organization preparation and business process of the system of venture capital early-warning management, and makes an application analysis and prospect for the system.更多还原
