基于IDSS的复杂机械系统模块化设计

【摘要】 随着科技进步与国防建设需求的增加,武器系统的各类最优决策问题日益增多,这为基于知识的武器智能决策系统的开发和应用提供了一个很好的机会。本文针对某型号火箭炮改为箱式发射这一实际问题,以该火箭炮现有的性能特点、技术水平和未来发展的趋势为依据,进行了总体方案和部分机构改进方案的设计,给出了四种可行的总体方案。在此基础上本文又系统阐述了为合理、客观的从这四种方案中选取最优方案所建立的系统综合评价模型。该模型的建立以多属性效用理论、模糊集理论和决策分析的有关理论为依据,使用了目标效用的概念及其归纳方法、复式效用模型和一种较为新颖的权重系数综合分析方法,并综合了专家调查意见。随后,本文又从使用和推理计算过程两个方面,阐述了应用以上模型和作者参与开发的武器智能决策系统(WIDSS)对上述可行方案进行综合决策评价的过程。最终给出了系统综合评价的计算分析结果和方案的优劣排序。

【Abstract】 According to the development of technology and the need of the building up national defense, the need of various optimum decision support of weapon system is rapid rising. This is a opportunity to develop and apply the Intelligent Decision Support System based on the knowledge for the weapon system. With regard to the practical problem that improving some kind of existing rocket launcher to the launcher that using canister, the general project and some detail design which based on the performance and technology in existence are given in this paper. With this understanding, a comprehensive evaluation model has been built to help people to make a reasonable choice from all the possible projects. This model is based on the Multiple Attribute Utility Theory, the Artificial Intelligence, the Fuzzy Set Theory and the Decision Analysis Theory. In order to build this model the concept and inductive method of objective utility is used as well as a comprehensive analysis method on determining the coefficients is introduced. As follows, the paper also presents the whole procession of the comprehensive evaluation for the possible projects by using the model built before and the Weapon System Intelligent Decision Support System. Finally the analysis and results of the comprehensive evaluation is given and the stand or fall sequence is recommended.
