汽轮机叶片振动特性实验台设计及叶片振动特性研究

【摘要】 摘 要本文完成了实验系统总体设计,合理选用了动力装置及激振装置。分析转子系统和基础的振动特性,完成了基础、转子系统详细设计计算。综述国内外测试方法的发展,确定选用电涡流传感器利用非接触测量的方法对叶片振动进行测试。本文采用有限元法推导出叶片自由振动的方程,编制了叶片频率的计算程序。研究了裂纹叶片不同位置、尺寸的裂纹对叶片振动特性的影响。
【Abstract】 The integrated design is completed and the drive and the exciting device are reasonably chosen in the thesis. The vibration of the rotor and foundation stone is analyzed and they are completely designed. The development of testing method is summarized and the sensor is used in non-contact testing the vibration of the blade .The equation of freeness vibration blade is deduced by 3-D incompatible block and the author programmed the program of blade vibration in the thesis.
