磁存储设备的振动冲击电磁主动控制技术的研究

【摘要】 研究硬盘驱动器振动、冲击控制技术是军用硬盘和便携式计算机抗恶劣环境的要求。论文分析了微型盘主动隔振系统的一维机电动力学方程模型,确立了采用前馈控制的外加固主动控制方案。微型盘外加固主动控制技术不仅在于理论分析设计,更重要的是执行装置及控制器的物理实现:本文共研制了两台执行装置样机;为能适应对复杂模型的控制,拟采用数字控制器,对其控制算法进行了初步研究。对整套系统进行试验测试的结果表明:该系统可以兼顾振动与冲击控制,具有较宽的频率响应范围,能够明显提高微型盘抗冲减振性能。论文还对控制系统进行了仿真,设计仿真软件包一个。基于执行装置中干摩擦力的影响,本文又重新修改了控制系统动力学模型,并进行仿真,仿真结果表明,考虑干摩擦的新模型更能反应实际情况。最后,作为探讨性研究,本文提出了两种完全避免干摩擦的新型执行装置模型:一种是双层簧片式电磁执行装置,另一种是电磁永磁混合悬浮式三维执行装置。 该项研究具有机械、电气、控制和检测多学科技术交叉的特色,可兼顾解决宽带振动与强冲击的控制,这是传统被动控制很难做到的,可广泛应用于车载、舰载、机载和航天运载的军用计算机外部设备加固。

【Abstract】 The research on anti-vibration and anti-shock of hard disk drivers (L{DD) stems from the need of military hard disk and portable computer against severe environment. The thesis analyses the mechatronics dynamics model of the one-dimension active vibration isolation system used in miniature HDD, then confirms the plan of active control and reinforce from outside. The technique lies on not only the theoretical analysis and design, but also the physical implement of the execute equipment and the controller. We develop two execute sample machines. In order to control the more complicated model, we plan to use digital controller and we carry an initial research on it’s algorithm. We also have a test to the complete set of system equipment. The test results show that the active control system can not only control wide-band vibration and shock together, but also improve the performance of vibration and shock isolation apparently. The thesis also designs a simulation software, and simulates the control system. In view of the influence of the dry friction force in execute equipment, the thesis remodifles the mechatromcs dynamics model and simulates the new model with the result that the new model can be in accord with the practice more perfectly. At last, two new execute equipment models without dry friction force are put forward as the discussable research. One is the double-reed electromagnetic execute equipment, and the other is the electromagnetic and permanent magnet suspension one.This research has the multi-disciplinary characteristic that involves machinery, electric, control and measurement. It can control wide-band vibration and strong shock at the same time which is hardly achived by traditional passive control system. Its achievements can be widely used in reinforcement of the computer peripheral on vehicles, naval vessels and spaceflighters ,etc.
