新型频率控制与测量方法的研究

【摘要】 在现代科学技术中,尤其是在计量学、电子技术、信息科学、通信和仪器等领域,频率及时间的测量与它们的控制技术占有着非常重要的地位。本文主要探讨了新型的频率控制与测量方法的研究。 本文首先讨论了一种新型频率控制方法的研究,基于新型的模拟存储技术构成的一种温度补偿型晶体振荡器(ASCXO)。它是以一个线性的温度——位移传感器和一个可变电容器构成的存储载体来存储两个模拟信号之间的函数关系。利用所存储的函数关系,实现我们所要求达到的特殊目的。本文详细介绍了模拟存储技术的原理、基于模拟存储技术的温度补偿型晶体振荡器系统结构的设计及其实现方案。该研究工作由国家自然科学基金支持。 本文在第二部分详细介绍了在时间频率测量领域内的研究。根据量化时延原理这一新思想而完成的短时间间隔的精确测量方法,在时频测量领域有着广泛的用途。该方法可以被广泛地应用于高精度频率、时间及相位等信号的测量。将其再与一种从多周期同步法发展而来的高精度、定闸门法相结合,从而实现了高速、高精度、连续频率测量,这非常适合非频率量的频率传感信号的测量。文章中详细介绍了用该方法所实现的测量系统的设计与开发。该方法在航天、航空、国防等领域的自动控制系统中有着极其广泛的应用前景。 利用这些新方法,可以达到以较低的成本完成较高精度的时间与频率的测量及控制。
【Abstract】 In the modern science and technology, especially in the metrology, electronic techniques, information science, communications, measurement techniques and instrumentation, frequency and time measurement and their control techniques have a very important position. This paper mainly discusses the study of some new methods and techniques of frequency control and measurement.Firstly, the paper gives an introduction on a new type of frequency control technique. It is a new type of temperature compensated crystal oscillator based on analog storage (function storage) technique. The structure and price of analog storage temperature compensated crystal oscillator are similar to that of TCXO, and its temperature stability is close to that of MCXO. The paper introduces mainly the theory of analog storage technique, system design and development of ASCXO, and its implement. This work is supported by the National Nature Science Foundations of China.The second part of this paper introduces the study of frequency and time measurement techniques. By the method of quantifying delay time, we complete an accurate short time interval measurement. Based on the method and combined with other techniques, frequency, period, time interval, phase and many other signals can be measured accurately. The method can be used in the measurement of periodic and nonperiodic signal. According to the high accuracy and fixed gate-time measurement method, based on the multiple period synchronization method, the high speed, high accuracy and continuous frequency measurement is accomplished. The paper introduces the design and development of measurement system relied on this method. The method can be used widely in the field of autocontrol system in the aviation, aerospace, national defense.With the new methods, high accuracy in measurement and control, and low-cost can be obtained.
