注塑机智能监控器及其远程监控接口的设计与实现

【摘要】 随工业自动化技术和计算机技术的进步,塑料产业得到了前所未有的发展。注塑机作为塑料产业中的主要生产机械之一,在其自动化控制和管理的方面要求也越来越高。注塑机智能监控器就是这样一种新型的注塑机监控仪器。它不但能够实时的监控注塑机的整个工作流程,而且在人机操作性、系统稳定性、控制器柔性方面都有着明显的改进,对于最终产品的加工质量和生产效率都有着很大的提高。 本文全面的阐述了注塑机智能监控器的设计和实现过程。在对注塑机主要功能和整个操作流程的了解的基础上,利用单片机应用系统实现了一种对注塑机进行集中监视和控制的数字化的智能监控方式。它除了可以对注塑机的整个流程进行实时监视和控制以外,还设计了友好的人机界面,方便用户的参数设置,同时能够及时和准确的对运行故障进行提示报警。为了将来系统功能扩展的需要,我们设计并实现了注塑机远程通讯接口。本文首先概括介绍了注塑机的工艺,然后详细阐述了智能监控器的硬件结构、人机界面系统软件的设计思想。最后对于远程通讯接口的设计给出了详细的介绍。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development in the technology of industry automation and computer, the Plastic industry has been growing quickly. Injection is the main machine in Plastic industry. The Intelligent Controller of Injection is a kind of device that not only can control the working course of injection hi real tune but also can improve the productivity and the quality, of the products.Based on the understanding of the injection working course, we use the single chip system to implement the controlling and monitoring. In order to facilitate the user, we also design the friendly interface .Through it ,you can set parameters such as time ,pressure ,speed ,temperature and so on. And you also can get the exact information of the running system .At the same time , considering the development of the intelligent controller of injection ,we design a remote communication interface which can be used to transfer data through telephone line.The paper mainly focus on the design of hardware and software of the intelligent controller of injection. The basic structure of the intelligent controller of injection, and the design on Human-Computer interface system are discussed. Some problems of the organizing the system such as displaying of LCD, key and asynchronous serial communication have been solved. At the end of the paper, we give a introduction to remote communication interface.
