污水泵站管网系统最优控制策略研究

【摘要】 本文以污水泵站及管网系统为对象,针对泵站系统控制存在的问题,提出一种全新的控制策略: 以耗能最小和污染最少为系统控制目标,对整个管网系统提出了智能控制排放污水流量的算法。通过对区域污水流量测控及污水泵站机泵排水量的控制,实现泵站及区域管网流量自动调节,各泵站、管线污水流量进行优化分配,并以最佳扬程排放,保证机组在高效率区运行提高节电率;同时,实现对管网泵站液位、流量进行多参数协调控制,避免区域管网的污水从管口、集水井口外溢。 针对单个污水泵站提出了基于改进遗传算法的模糊控制器变频调速的控制策略。以耗能最小和污染最少为系统控制目标,结合泵站的运行工况讨论了泵机变频调速的节电原理,详细介绍了基于遗传算法模糊控制器的设计。给出了遗传算法控制泵站机组启停的方案及基于遗传算法的模糊控制器变频调速污水泵站控制方案。 通过仿真实验表明该污水泵站管网系统最优控制策略有良好的应用参考价值,在实际泵站应用中会比传统恒速运行方式更加优越,水位能够稳定在目标水位,实现泵出流量与流入流量相等的最佳泵站运行工况,从而达到节电效果最佳、区域污水外溢污染最小的双优控制目标。
【Abstract】 An optimal control strategy for sewage pumping station discharging network system is put forward.The intelligent control-drainage algorithm based on energy and pollution minimizing is presented. Through checking the sewage flow of the district and controlling sewage pumping flux of the pumping station, the flux of pumping station and discharging network is automatically adjusted and the flux of each pumping station and pipe is optimally distributed. The flow is discharged as best distance and unit is guaranteed operated in high efficiency area for promoting saving-electricity ratio. At the same time, multi-parameters control for water level and flux of pumping station and sewage network is realized to avoid water overflow from nozzle and collecting well.The control strategy based on genetic fuzzy controller VVVF for single pumping station is presented. VVVF saving-electricity theory combined with circumstances of sewage pumping station is discussed, based on energy and pollution minimizing. The design of genetic fuzzy controller is introduced and the project with genetic algorithm control unit committing is proposed and the sewage pumping station controlling project of genetic fuzzy controller VVVF is proposed.This control strategy has been proved to have good application and referenced with simulating calculation. Combining of the method proposed in this article applying for pumping station is more advanced than the traditional method with constant rate. Water level can keep aimed water level, so best operation state of pumping station in which flux in is equal with flux Out ~5 realized. It could achieve the double-optimal control goal of energy and pollution minimizing.
