基于PCI总线的虚拟RLC测量仪的研究

【摘要】 仪器的发展趋势是向着智能化、虚拟化发展。虚拟仪器是近年仪器科学发展的一个重要分支。RLC测量仪是一种以微处理器为基础的自动测量电阻R、电感L、电容C、品质因数Q、损耗角正切值D等参数的智能元件参数测量仪器。本课题研究的内容是基于PCI总线的虚拟RLC测量仪。测量原理采用的是伏安法,伏安法又可分为固定轴法和自由轴法。由于固定轴法对硬件的要求很高而且存在同向误差,故本课题采用自由轴法测量。课题的研究分为硬件电路设计和软件程序编制两个部分。在硬件电路方面,本课题采用专用接口芯片PCI9054实现测量板与计算机PCI总线的接口,采用CPLD芯片ISP2128实现测量仪的数字控制部分功能。在软件方面,测量值的计算由计算机完成,其应用程序采用Labwindows编制。采用DriverStudio编制PCI板卡的驱动程序。
【Abstract】 With the developing of instrument science, instruments are getting more intelligent. Virtual instrument is an important branch of instrument science and a keen edge of researching. RLC elemental meter is a kind of intelligent instrument used to measure elemental parameter such as resistance, inductance, capacity, quality and so on. In this paper, we made a virtual RLC elemental meter based on PCI bus.The paper includes two parts, one is the designing of hardware circuit the other is the programming of application software. At the first part, we described using a piece of PCI 9054 1/0 Accelerator chip to make the interface between computer and the measurement circuit. Further more a piece of complex programmable logic device isp2 128 was used to simplify the digital circuit and save boardroom. It provided not only some control signals that measure circuit need but also counters used for analog digital conversion. The calculation of data is accomplished by means of the application software. At the second part, Lab Windows/C VI was used to develop the application software and the device driver developed with Driver studio. We described how to use software followed with the development of application software and the driver program.
