基于DSP的空间矢量控制四桥臂逆变器研究

【摘要】 逆变器在飞机变速恒频电源、UPS以及其他电源中具有很广泛的用途,随着PWM控制策略以及数字信号处理技术的不断发展,数字控制在逆变器控制方案中的价值也日益凸现。采取DSP作为逆变器的控制核心,可以用软件实现变换器的整体控制,具有实现电源模块化、集成化、控制可靠,可移植性强等优点。本文的研究对象是采用了三维空间矢量控制的三相四桥臂逆变器。为实现三相四线的交流输出,变换器电路采取四桥臂新型拓扑,其控制采取了三维空间矢量调制,实现了变换器的在线调压及输出中点的形成,具有良好的动静态性能,且这种控制思想可以方便地在现有数字变换器平台上实现。 本文详细介绍了3D-SVM控制和四桥臂电路拓扑的工作原理并得到相应的控制方法,对该方法以15kVA逆变器电源为应用实例进行了分析和仿真,并在DSP数字平台上编程实现,进行了轻载实验验证。

【Abstract】 Electronic Inverter is widely used in Variable Speed Constant Frequency (VSCF) Electrical System, UPS, and other kinds of power supplies. With the continuous development of PWM control strategy and Digital Signal Processing technology, the method of the PWM control incline to digital control and then the PWM technique plays more and more important role on the DC-AC inverter control. The system based on DSP can realize flexible and precise real-time control by software. It has the virtues of modularization, integration, high reliability, easily replanting, and so on. We discussed the three-phase four-legged inverter with a novel three-dimensional Space Vector Modulation (3D-SVM) in this paper. In order to obtain three-phase four-line AC output, system applied the four-legged main circuit topology. With the 3D-SVM, the power system realizes voltage regulation and three-phase four-line output . Meanwhile, this kind of control is easy to be realized in the digital inverter.We discussed the principle of 3D-SVM and four legged circuit topology detailedly, attained the related control scheme. With the example of 15kVA Power System’s inverter, the principle and derivation of 3D-SVM, as well as the verification of simulation result was carried out. At last, we programmed on the digital congtrol platform and processed the light load experiment.
