航空发动机维修成本评估与分析

【摘要】 本项研究是南京航空航天大学民航学院与普惠中国公司合作的一项科研课题,该科研项目对于帮助航空公司、航空发动机研制厂商和修理厂商评估和控制发动机维修成本具有重要意义。主要由两部分组成: 第一,对某一特定型号的单台发动机的送修维修成本进行评估:本课题选用PW4000这一很有代表性的发动机来进行分析与评估; 第二,针对飞机发动机的机队管理进行系统全面的分析与控制,分析各种影响因素对发动机维修成本的影响,并找出控制方法; 本论文主要研究了对民航发动机送修维修成本进行估算的方法,综合采用了多种方法对发动机送修成本进行评估,介绍了自己设计开发的发动机维修成本评估软件。针对影响发动机维修成本的各种因素,给出了发动机维修成本的分析方法,并从发动机的设计制造、发动机的日常使用以及发动机的维护修理等三个方面对发动机维修成本的实际影响因素进行了分析,提出了从这些方面控制维修成本的方法,从而为航空公司能够有的放矢地采取有效措施来降低维修成本,提高经济效益服务。

【Abstract】 This research is the scientific research project done by civil aviation college of NUAA cooperating with Pratt & Whitney (CHINA). The project is of great significance for airlines, aero-engine manufacturers and repair shops to evaluate and control the engine maintenance cost (EMC). And it is composed of two main parts:1. Evaluate the EMC of a certain kind of aero-engine. We choose PW4000 as the example to evaluate and analysis the EMC.2. Systematically Analyze and control the engine fleet management. Analyze each influence on the engine maintenance cost and find out the control measures.In this paper, the evaluation method of the EMC is studied, and estimation of the EMC is done with multi-methods, then the error of the estimation is analyzed. The software, aero-engine maintenance cost estimation, which is developed by us is introduced in detail. In addition, as for the each influence factor on the EMC, the analysis method is provided and from the view of design and manufacture, routine operation and maintenance or repair to analyze the influence of each factor, bring forward the method about each factor to control the maintenance cost so as to help airlines to reduce their EMC and increase the economical benefit.
