作业管理及基于作业的信息系统研究

【摘要】 作业管理(Activity-Based management,ABM)是近年来国际上企业管理领域的一个新兴课题，它的实现工具—基于作业的信息系统(Activity-Based lnformationSystem,ABIS)也是一种新型的信息系统。 本文研究的内容和目的主要有以下两点：一是对作业管理内容的研究，分析了作业管理产生的背景，将其与其他先进的管理方法如企业资源计划、供应链管理、企业流程再造等进行比较分析，指出作业管理对现代企业的意义及作用。在此基础上，本文利用作业管理的基础知识——作业成本核算(Activity-Based Costing,ABC)给出了企业以作业为基础的成本核算模型和计算公式。本文还尝试将作业管理运用于企业的供应链优化，提出了基于作业的供应链优化模型。二是对基于作业的信息系统的研究，即如何通过建设ABIS来实现企业的作业管理。本文分析探讨了基于作业的信息系统的几个构成部分和实施形式，探讨了在企业建设和实施ABIS若干问题，在此基础上进行了一个ABIS原型系统的分析和设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Activity-Based Management is a new management method in the field of enterprise management, and the Activity-Based Information system, which is the implementation tools of ABM, is also a new kind of Information System.This paper mainly discusses the following two fields: firstly we analysis the emerging background of ABM, compare it with other advanced management methods, points out the importance of ABM to the modern enterprise. Based on the Activity-Based Costing, we give the model and formula to compute the cost of an organization. We also try to use ABM in the field of Supply Chain Management, forward a model of optimize the supply chain. Secondly, we analysis the subsystems which make up an ABIS, how to utilize data Warehouse technology ^ Data Navigation technology and Business Modeling technology in an Activity-Based Business Intelligence, and we also discuss the 7 ways in ABIS implementation.更多还原
