【摘要】 本文对跑道、航路和区域容量评估以及空中交通管理经济模型进行了比较系统、深入的研究。论文首先概述了国内外空中交通评估理论与方法的发展状况，讨论了容量的定义；随后分别就跑道、航路和终端区的具体情况建立了对应的容量评估模型，提出了其容量评估方法；其次，介绍了空中交通管理的经济模型，阐述了延误与价格，交通量、延误、投资与容量之间的函数关系。最后，开发了空域评估系统，对多种影响空域容量的因素进行了分析讨论，并对今后空域评估的研究工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The estimation of runway, en route and area capacity evaluation is deeply and systematically researched in this article. First of all, the former theories and methods of air traffic evaluation is summarized, the conception of capacity is also discussed. Then according to characteristic of runway, en route and area separately, we have established corresponding capacity evaluation model and have developed the method of their capacity evaluation. After this, the air traffic control economic model is introduced. The mam point of introduction is the relationship between delay and price, traffic, delay, investment and capacity. And then, a set of software of airspace evaluation is introduced. The factors that affect airspace capacity are also discussed, hi the end, the further research work of airspace evaluation is pointed out.更多还原
