网络化柴油发动机自动测控系统——远程数据查询及性能分析软件设计

【摘要】 随着微电子技术和计算机技术的迅速发展,内燃机的测控技术也在不断进步,微机化的内燃机测控系统已越来越多地应用于内燃机领域。同时网络通讯技术和多媒体技术的完善,计算机网络在柴油机方面的应用也出现了新的意义,于是这种情况下,新型的网络化柴油发动机测控系统应运而生,对提高内燃机产品的试验研究的开发水平,缩短内燃机产品的开发周期,减少试验劳动强度,从根本上解决内燃机产品研究与开发能力不足的问题。 本文介绍了网络化柴油发动机测控系统的总体架构,并对发动机测控的需要和对过去已有的测控系统的分析提出了远程数据查询和性能分析服务器软件的主要功能。它主要包括数据分析处理接口模块、数据交换接口模块、数据处理模块、性能曲线绘制模块、报表生成模块、万有特性曲线绘制模块、万有特性曲面绘制模块。并简要阐述了远程数据查询和性能分析服务器软件与现场数据采集系统的关系。 论文花了极大的篇幅讨论了整个服务器软件各个模块设计细节中的思想和算法。根据早先提出的功能定义和设计规范我们对不同的实现方案进行了慎重仔细的选择,提出了符合应用需要的设计方案。 论文针对服务器软件的功能和现有条件,详细设计了软件的测试方案,给出了测试结果,还简要的讨论了测试中遇到的错误或者不足,并给出相应的改进方法。针对目前的内燃机测控技术和应用前景,论文的最后还对网络化柴油发动机自动测控软件的发展提出了一些建议和展望。
【Abstract】 Accompanied with the development of electronic and computer technology, diesel measuring and controlling technology develops quirkily. Computer-based diesel measuring and controlling systems have been more and more applied in the field of diesel measuring and controlling. In the same time, the development of network communication and multimedia technology make the computer network more and more important in diesel measuring and controlling technology. Under this circumstance, an brand-new type network-based diesel engine measuring and controlling systemThis thesis introduces the whole system architecture, analyses the demand of the standard auto-test systems and the shortcomings of the past systems, and then proposes the main tasks of the remote data query and performance analysis application. This application include seven modules, which are: database accessing module, data exchanging interface module, data processing module, performance curves module, report table module, universal performance curves module, universal performance surface module.This thesis focuses on ideas and algorithms in designing the seven modules of this application. Based on the previous defined functions and software design criterion, we compare the different implementation schemes and choose the most applicable one.In the last part of this thesis, we put forward the test scheme of server application according to server application’s functions and present conditions. We simply describe the testing result and the shortcoming of the test ways. Eventually, we propose some suggestions in the prospect of future diesel measuring systems.
