大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】 本文在社会学理论的指导下，采用问卷调查、访谈、实地调查、文献调查等调查方法，运用定量分析、定性分析、因素分析和预测分析，阐述了大学生职业社会化的理论和实践问题。本文以大学生职业社会化作为起点，从培养大学生合格的社会角色出发，运用马克斯·韦伯的社会行动理论，分析大学生就业行为的五种类型和表现；研究社会环境、高校教育、家庭各因素对大学生就业的影响；探讨大学生就业行为的调适；并从家庭、高等学校以及社会三个维度对大学生的就业指导提出对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the direction of sociological theory, this paper related the theoretical and practical problem of the undergraduate’s profession socialization, using the questionnaire, visiting specialist, field survey, literature search, and by means of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, factor analysis, and forecast analysis. Based on the undergraduate’s profession socialization, setting off from training eligible society role of the undergraduate, taking the society action theory of Max Weber, the paper analyzes the five types and phenomena of the undergraduate’s behavior of occupational choice, studies the influence of social environment, university education, family etc. on undergraduate’s occupational choice, discusses the apply of the undergraduate’s behavior of occupational choice and brings forward suggestions on the guidance on undergraduate’s occupational choice from three aspects of family, university and society.更多还原
