钢管混凝土梁柱受力性能分析

【摘要】 本文通过对钢管混凝土偏压和压弯构件试验资料的整理和分析,研究了钢管混凝土梁柱的基本力学行为,参数分析表明套箍系数和偏心率、轴压比对管混凝土力学行为有着显著的影响。套箍系数对钢管混凝土的力学性能影响非常显著,套箍系数越大,钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用越大,构件的承载力也越大,钢管混凝土的延性也越好。由于套箍系数的影响在以往的研究中得到了充分的认识,而偏心率的影响则没有给予充分的重视。本文重点分析了偏压构件的偏心率和压弯构件的轴压比对钢管混凝土的影响,偏心率不仅降低构件的承载力,也削弱了钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用,偏心率越大,钢管的约束作用发挥得也越迟,作用区域越小,约束作用也越小。轴压比在较小的时候可以提高钢管混凝土的承载力,当轴压比较大时,其承载力显著降低,延性也较差。根据试验分析,本文提出了钢管混凝土梁柱数值分析模型。截面分析采用Craston方法,钢管材料采用4折线模型,核心混凝土采用对韩林海修正后的本构关系模型,构件分析采用数值积分法。据此编制了有限元计算程序,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。为钢管混凝土拱桥的双重非线性分析打下了良好的基础。 本文应用国内外八本有关钢管混凝土设计和规范规程对钢管混凝土梁柱构件的承载能力进行了计算,对计算结果与试验结果以及对不同规范间的计算结果进行分析比较分析,得出的有益结论可供工程应用参考。
【Abstract】 The test data of 28 short eccentric CFST columns and 13 short cantilever columns was analyzed thoroughly in this paper. The parameters of confinement index and eccentric ratio to eccentric column (or axial load ratio to cantilever column) were the most significant effect factors. For the CFST member, the more confinement index was, the better mechanical behavior was shown, which included the more significant confined force, larger ultimate load, better ductility. In the early research, the effect of the confinement index was paid enough attention, but the effect of the eccentric ratio was analyzed by few people. The eccentric ratio to the eccentric columns and the axial load ratio to the cantilever columns was another important factor. It was indicated that the confined force and the ultimate load decreased with the increment of eccentric ratio, the eccentric ratio not only lowed down the ultimate load, but also weakened the confined force of the steel tube in the concrete compressed area. The more the eccentric ratio was, the later the confinement of the steel tube played role, and the less the area was, the less the confined force was. The axial load ratio influenced the cantilever columns behaviors significant, the larger axial load ratio was, the lower ultimate load and worse ductility was shown. Thus, according to the analysis result the eccentric ratio was considered as the parameter to modify the concrete material constitutive law, and the Craston method was used to analyze cross section, and the steel material constitutive law was explained with 4 lines. According to these, a finite element program based on the presented model and double nonlinear was compiled, and the calculated results agree with the test results well, this was the basis of the analysis of the CFST arch bridges.In the paper, the ultimate load of CFST member was calculated according to 8 design codes about CFST, the calculated results compared with the test results and each other, some useful conclusion was drawn to carry out the codes in practice.
