螺旋式三叶罗茨泵设计与转子CAD研究

【摘要】 罗茨泵作为一种回转式容积泵应用领域十分广泛。随着用途的不断扩展,对泵的高效率、低阻力、无污染,过流介质质量稳定,介质粘度范围宽等项要求逐渐提高,直面式转子罗茨泵的性能已经不能满足这一要求。螺旋式罗茨泵在稳定过流剪切敏感介质压力脉动质量,减少噪音、振动,避免气蚀等方面有较大改善。当今国内外绘图软件强大的三维功能,现代加工手段智能化的发展进步,为该泵螺旋转子的设计、生产提供了前提。本课题力求在该泵的设计和转子参数化方面作一些探索研究。 课题主要工作: 1.研究罗茨泵理论并设计一台样机。力求实现体积小、重量轻、结构简单、性能可靠。关于转子的型线设计,由于国内这方面研究起步晚,理论尚不成熟,资料较少,对本课题的研究很不利,诚然这也是本课题的重点研究内容。建立推导转子型线方程,使转子曲线光滑过渡连接,实现高效率、低阻力、无干涉。推导合理的螺旋角,以保证过泵介质质量稳定。最终完成LC—18/0.6型螺旋三叶罗茨泵设计。 2.利用内嵌于AutoCAD2000下的VBA编程语言,用程序驱动法实现渐开线—销齿圆弧罗茨转子的参数化三维实体设计。为不断完善转子型线参数,实现罗茨泵系列化设计、生产,满足敏捷制造技术需要奠定基础。
【Abstract】 Application of Roots pump has a very wide range as a kind of rotary positive-displacement pump. With the increasing use on chemical industry, medicine, foodstuff and so on, the requirement of high efficiency, low resistance, naught pollution, stable quality of passing own pump, wide range of medium paste values etc. are greatly called. Linear Roots pump can not satisfy these requirements now. Helical Roots pump has great improvements on the face of stabilizing pressure pulse quality of passing cut sensitivity medium, reducing noises and vibration, avoiding vapor fret etc. Today, the powerful three-dimension function of drawing software at home and abroad and the development and progress of present intelligent machining methods have provided the precondition of the helical rotor s design and production of the pump. This thesis tries to do some research work on the face of Roots pump design and rotor parameter.the main contents:1. Researching the theory of Roots pump and designing a model. Try to achieve less volume, lighter weight, simpler structure and more reliable quality. As to the rotor shape design, because such type of research is undeveloped in our country, theory is still immature and information is inadequate, so these are the liabilities of this research. This is also the important content of this paper. Theorizing the rotor shape equation. Calculating the rational and veracious helical angles, connecting up the rotor curve sharply. Realizing thehigh efficiency, low resistance and nullity of interference. FinallyIIfinishing all the design of the LC-18/0. 6 helical three-lobe Roots pump.2. Finishing the parameterized three-dimension solid graph design of the involute-dowel gear arc Roots rotor with the programing language VBA embedded in AutoCAD2000 and programing driving methods. Establishing the foundation to improve the rotor shape parameter dramatically, realizing the Roots pump series design and production, sufficing the condition of the agile manufacturing technology.
