数控钢筋自动成型机的研制

【摘要】 随着工业发展,各种钢筋制品广泛应用在现代工程领域的各个方面,并且是各种不同形状的钢筋成品的同时应用。本文是围绕新型钢筋自动成型加工机的设计而展开的研究,给出新型钢筋自动成型加工机的机械设计方案,提出了实现自动成型加工机计算机控制的一种方法,并为此产品的最终推广提供了原型。 本文是在前人研究的理论和实际设计的基础上进行的,在对各种钢筋校直机及钢筋自动弯曲机进行深入探索后,开始新型钢筋自动成型加工机的研制。本文首先对动力部分作了较为详细的阐述,对采用的三相交流永磁同步伺服电动机的结构、工作原理、矢量控制的基本原理作了较为细致的描述,并将其与国外在此产品中所采用的电液伺服马达作了比较。其次,对机械部分的结构作了深入的研究,详细地说明了进给与校直部分及扭头部分的绘图,包括设计思路、完成的功能,并结合实图进行了阐述。再次,对伺服系统中伺服驱动器的矢量控制理论在设计过程中的应用作了探讨,对所采用的伺服系统的闭环驱动、硬件结构、软件控制方案及控制电路的主要结构作了介绍。并提出自动成型加工机闭环控制系统的设计方案。最后,介绍了采用工控机的控制系统,主要进行了伺服模板化设计,包括伺服模板的总体结构、伺服控制器的软件总体结构及闭环控制的软件系统。 本文对新型钢筋自动成型加工机的机械设计作了全面的分析,并分别对各个部分独特的设计方案进行了介绍,其中包括有很多新颖的设计。这些研制工作给机械设计提供了一定的依据。本文是在近一年的机械设计和绘图的基础上完成的,我们绘制的整机结构图和零件装配图是生产样机的依据。 本文的研究给控制软件的开发提供了一定的依据。本文对所采用的伺服系统及控制原理作了深入细致的分析,并对如何应用工业控制机对伺服系统进行控制作了一些研究。这些工作是将来优化控制方案的基础。 本文解决了许多在实际加工过程中可能出现的问题,对大批量生产钢筋自动成型加工机提供了理论指导,并对其维护保养提供一定的依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of industry, various products made of metal bar are extensively used in most fields of modern Engineering. In most cases, metal bars with different shapes are used simultaneously. This research aims at the designing on new reinforcing bar cutter, presenting a mechanical design method for this new cutter, giving a computer controlling method of new cutter and showing a prototype to accelerate its common, use.This paper is based on previous theory and practical design After the review of machining methods various metal bar straightening machines and twisting machines, this new cutter is now being studied. This paper can be divided into four parts. Firstly, it expatiates on the power part in detail, including the structure N working theory> fundamental theory of vector control of the servomotor system. Secondly, it does some research on mechanical structure and presents the drawing of delivering > straightening and cut-off sections, embracing design methods > functions and practical drawings. Thirdly, vector controlling theory of servo driver in servomotor system has been applied during design process; closed loop timing driving N hardware structure-, controlling scheme of software and controlling circuit are introduced. Design scheme of closed loop controlling system for this new cutter is also presented. Finally, control system based on industrial computer is designed according to necessary function of new cutter. This work is concerned with servo modeling design, which consists of the whole structure of servo model, software design of servo controller. What’s more, some research on industrial computer has been done.This research generally presents mechanical design of new cutter and introduces some original ideas about design scheme. All this work can give some advice on mechanical design of new cutter. This paper is completed based on mechanical design and drawing during the school year, production can take structure drawings and part drawings as reference. The structure drawings and part drawings of this paper can be practically utilized in the process of production.This paper can give some advice on software design. It analyzes controlling theory and servomotor system and does some research on how to control servomotor systems by industrial computer, the work is the foundation for optimizing controlling scheme.This paper solves some problems possibly occurred in actual processing, which gives some advice on a batch production and maintenance of new cutter.
