【摘要】 技术风险管理属于企业风险管理学研究的范畴，传统技术风险概念所研究的范围仅限于狭义的企业产品开发，从技术创新学角度来看，有明显的局限性。因此，本文的主要目标是： ①对传统的技术风险的定义进行了再思考； ②依据技术创新学企业技术战略类型和技术创新过程理论，对三种战略类型的技术创新企业技术风险因素进行了较系统的研究，整理提出了模仿型、合作型技术创新企业的技术风险测评模式。 本文首先概述了国际企业技术环境的概念、要素和作用方式：对各学科技术风险概念的研究范围进行了研究；指出了技术风险研究范围存在的局限；在研究了国际企业技术创新过程和技术战略模式的基础上，重新拓展了技术风险概念范围；着重沿着技术创新企业战略形式，分别提出了模仿创新、合作创新的技术风险指标，并研究了三个与模仿、合作创新风险测评有关的问题。 作者认为，研究企业技术风险最好是将其看作技术创新学中的问题，并与其它风险综合分析，不仅研究技术风险，也要研究其他风险中技术因素的作用。国际企业面临的技术风险已从独立开发风险逐渐转向模仿和合作过程中的风险。当代技术风险理论的概念和方法主要面向于宏观企业，技术创新学研究的企业，已经进行战略类型划分，更贴近于实际，企业技术风险的研究也理应沿着这一学科体系深化展开。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of the technical risk belongs to the enterprise risk management. In a narrow sense , the range of the technical risk notion is merely limited the development of the enterprise product . In the point of the technical innovation , it has a clear limit. Therefore, the main aim of this thesis is the following:1. considering the definition of the traditional technical risk again.2. according to the enterprise technical strategic type of the technical innovationo1ogy and the theory of the technical innovation process studying the enterprise technical risk factor of technical innovation of three types of strategy, arranging and proposing the technical risk estimate model of the imitative type and the cooperative type in the technical innovation.This thesis first summarize the concept, the key element and the function way of the international enterprise technical environment , contrasting the range of the technical risk notion in all kinds of sciences . It points out the limit of the technical risk . On the basis of the international enterprise technical innovation process and the technical strategic pattern , it reopens the range of thetechnical risk notion, emphasizing the enterprise strategic form of the technical innovation suggesting the technical risk index of the imitative innovation and the cooperative innovation , studying three problems related with the imitative, cooperative innovation risk estimate.This thesis think, as far as the enterprise technical risk is concerned, we’d better regard it as the problem of the technical innovation and analyze with other risks . The international enterprise technical risk has changed from the independent development risk to the imitative and cooperative risk, The concept and method of theory on the contemporary technical risk are mainly geared to the macroenterprise.
