微电解-厌氧水解-SBR工艺处理医药制药废水的研究

【摘要】 间歇式或序批式活性污泥法(SBR)是80年代发展起来的,它是活性污泥处理中一种重要的废水处理工艺。论文总结了前人在该领域所取得的成果,对其进行了系统的分析,并探讨了我国制药废水处理的现状和SBR工艺在制药废水处理中的可能性。在此基础上,针对制药废水水质和水量变化的不确定性,通过引入微电解和厌氧水解预处理方法,建立和发展了SBR工艺处理制药废水的模式,并对该工艺进行了实验研究,初步分析了污水在非稳定状态下活性污泥微生物的代谢过程。该研究可望发展为制药废水处理提供处理方案,扩大了SBR工艺可处理污水的种类和范围。
【Abstract】 Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) was developed in the 1980s, which is an important wastewater treatment for the activated sludge In this paper the achievement obtained by predecessors was summarized and analyzed in details, the present conditions of Chinese phamacy wastewater treatment and possibility of SBR applying to phamacy wastewater treatment were explored Then, in order to resolve the uncertainty caused by the variation of quality and quantity of wastewater, the model of SBR treating phamacy wastewater was established and developed with the application of Microelectrolysis and anaerobic hydrolysis. Based on the exeprimental research of SBR, the process of the actirated sludge microfauna metebolism of the wastewater’s unstable condition was analyzed This research could be developed to evaluate the provided of phamacy wastewater treatment, and enlarge variety and range of SBR treating wastewater
