龙森花园投资项目可行性研究

【摘要】 房地产业是深圳市城市经济发展的支柱产业，随着深圳市房地产市场的持续发展、深圳特区城区发展的西移，罗湖、福田、南山形成三足鼎立的房地产市场组团。根据《深圳市城市总体规划》(1996-2010)的特区城市布局结构，龙森花园项目位于深圳经济特区西部南山组团北片区的塘朗片区。随着片区的房地产市场不断升温，龙森花园项目的实施开发的条件日趋成熟。 龙森花园可行性研究从深圳房地产业发展的宏观经济形势分析切入，通过对深圳，房地产市场的综合分析，研究龙森花园开发的市场前景及市场定位，拟定项目投资开发方案并进行测算与比较分析，得出结论。希望能为龙森花园的投资开发提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Real estate is one of the mainstays of urban economic development in Shenzhen. With the continuing development of the real estate market and westward movement of the city zone/limits, Louhu District, Futian District, and Nanshan District is becoming the real estate triangle in the market. According to the "Shenzhen Comprehensive Plan (1996-2010)," Longshen Garden will be located in the Tanlan Section, which lies north of the Nanshan District and west of the city of Shenzhen. As the real estate market takes upward mobility, it is the right time to start the Longshen Garden project now.Starting with the macroeconomic analysis of the real estate development in Shenzhen, this thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the city’s real estate market, a study of the prospects and directions for development, and several schemes for economic market calculations and comparisons. The thesis will ultimately provide a solid basis for the development of Longshen Garden.更多还原
