【摘要】 做人是教育的旨归。大学教育应把做人教育作为终极追求。面对21世纪的大学教育，不仅要使学生学会做事，更应使其学会如何做人。通过做人教育赋予人以应有的精神含量，使人在深层次上体认人之为人的精神本质，不断提升人的精神境界，从而最终使学生学会做人，是大学教育永恒的追求。因而，大学教育尤其是大学德育应将对大学生的做人教育置于首位。这不仅是时代对大学教育的深切呼唤，更是大学教育理想的合理内核和本义所在。 本论文采用史论结合、个案分析、联系实际、纵向及横向比较的研究方法，从历史、理论和实践的不同维度上，对大学“做人教育”的现实意义、理论依据、基本内涵、相关概念、历史嬗变、对策分析诸问题，进行了较为系统、全面、深入的探讨和论述。 继“引论”之后，本论文由四部分构成。第一部分工要从大学生做人素质缺失、人文教育与科学教育的失衡、大学德育面临的窘境诸方面，对大学“做人教育”的背景及现实意义作了透视和分析。第二部分着重对“做人教育”的理论依据、基本内涵及相关概念进行了探讨、解析与比较。第三部分则以人类教育发展史为背景，对中国及西方做人教育思想的源流及发展脉络进行了梳理和综括，以期为我们全面理解和实施当代中国大学“做人教育”提供较为充分的历史参照。第四部分则结合中国大学“做人教育”的现实，对现阶段加强大学生“做人教育”的对策对可行性建议进行了尝试性探析，以期为大学“做人教育”的实施提供—些理论启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Conducting oneself is the aim of education.College education should regard the education of conducting oneself as the terminal pursuit. Being faced with 21st century, college education shluld not only make the students learn to do, but also make them learn to be. The education of conducting oneself should give people deserved spirits, raise people’s mental attitudes and the state of conducting oneself constantly, so that make the students learn to be finally, which is permanent pursuit of college education. Therefore, college education, especially moral educaiton, should place the college studens’ education of conducting oneself on the most important position. This is not only the deep claim of modern age to the college education, but also the reasonable nature and meaning of college education ideal.Adopting several methods:combination of history and discussion -. analysis of individual case x integrating theory with practice x comparison of crosswise and verticaK and from differents aspects of history N theory and practice, this article makes a relatively systematic overall and deep discussion on the problems such as realistic meaning N theoretical basis > basis intension -, relative concepts N historical variation> countenneasure analysis, etc.After the preface, this article is composed of four parts. The first part makes an analysis and perspective on the background and realisticmeaning of college education of conducting oneself from the aspects of the quality lack of conducting oneselt\ the loss of balance of humanity and science education the dilemma faced by the college moral culture, etc. The second part mainly makes a discussion, analysis and comparison about the theoretical basis > basic intensions and relative concepts of the education of conducting oneself. The third part, against the background of the developing history of human education, sums up and cards the sources and development of thoughts about the education of conducting oneself in China and in the west in order to provide enough historical reference in the way of overall comprehension and performace of the eduation of conducting oneseof in the contemporary college of China. The forth part, combining the reality of the education of conducting oneself in the colleges of China, attemps to analyze the countermeasure and practical proposals of strengthening the college students’ education of conducting oneself at the present stage so that provide some theoretical enlightments about the performance of the education of conducting oneself in colleges.更多还原
